I went on a Saturday noon. It’s quite empty just a few tables were occupied. I ordered steak salad ($25) and it was amazing!!! The steak was cooked to perfection and the salad portion was generous.
My partner got steak and fries )
($30) and it was delicious too. Fries were crispy I couldn’t stop eating lol.
Our waitress was also very welcoming (forgot her name but she had some tattoos on her arms).
Bloody Mary was just average so I don’t recommend it. Other than that I think this place deserves a solid 4.
Came on week day morning. No wait to be seated. Plastic water cup served for kids. I refused. Kids menu offered but never came. Orange juice is so bad and expensive. One of the kids refused to drink it. Waiting for over 55 minutes we had finished all the drinks and nothing comes up. The table came later than us got the food first.
The waiting time ruins our plan and mood. If you want to waste money and time with minimum service it’s an option for you.
My girlfriend got a fruity drink with passion fruit I think and said it was a little too sweet
If you are just hanging out at the hotel I’m sure it’s great. But you should really go downtown to eat there are great restaurants all around
LULU’s is the best!
after approximately 25 min while we enjoying cocktails we got the food to the table the salmon was good, but my food was literally non eatable/chewable feels like trying to bite on a flat tire, disappointed I waited patiently until the waitress come over and told him about the problem and he ask me what to replace it with, I wanted a steak so ask to replace for the “new york steak” he took the plate in same condition like he left it and said it will take care of it right away, disappointed but still patient I began waiting for the replacement, mean while my wife done with her food and I continue waiting for 30 more min!! so now I’m 1 hour in total wait my wife already done and here the new york steak arrived,
try to cut the meet with a knife and i was in total shock, the steak was the exact same rubber texture I tried to let the fork out of the steak and it stuck there like it was a freezed stake that been throwed on the planche or heet in the microwave before clocking the only reason i can think why meet will be like that UNACCEPTABLE.
So disappointed and hungry we called the waitress return the plate as is and ask why to do it again?!
he had no answer he took it and left and was back with the bill in 1 minute, (which the food was served the same speed).
When we looked at the bill we couldn’t believe our eyes they charged full price $61 on the food I didn’t eat like business as usual, we are dining about 3 times a week in all restaurants and never imagined to get such ignorance, full charge, not even apologize, for the occurrence.
I’m a shame for Hilton and this restaurant in particular for accepting this type of lack to non customer service, even if I wasn’t a guest here.
Say no more.
(2 stars instead of one because the salmon was good so I’m honest regardless)
The receipt attached below.
If you are a guest here or not there is wonderful restaurants around don’t waste your time and money here.
