Order and laid for zesty bread and pepperoni with sausage pizza waited 20 minutes my zesty bread was burnt. I asked if they could remake it I was told I would have to wait another 25 minutes I asked for my money back was told it would be 10 minutes. I waited the manager showed me the zesty bread I told him I didn’t want it burnt he got mad , refunded me for the pizza and zesty bread. I told him I wanted the pizza he said no I’m going to refund your money . So basically I wasted my time on patronizing this company that doesn’t correct problems with their food and doesn’t stand behind their product. Never again will I ever patronize them again! His attitude is terrible the manager is whom Im referring to.

I went around 4 o’clock in the afternoon and pizza was not prepared. what happened to the saying hot and ready?.. Well, when I went, they didn’t have any puffs ready. I really do believe this location would be better if they hired us people who actually wanted to do their job. The girls in there this evening, obviously did not want to prepare me any pizza puffs, even though they didn’t have any ready. when the owners are there, everything is great when the black kids are there everything’s out of ordinary and not ready for the customer. just being honest.

I used to be the GM of dominos and I was a GM trainer for Marcos. This is the worst looking pizza ive seen in years. There are bald spots with only dough most of the sauce was pushed to the outer edge and there is a gel line from improper stretching or under proofing. This is absolutely awful.

Great pizza and easy to use app! The staff really are helpful in person. They aren’t good at answering the phones but the pizza was fresh and tasty. They were restocking while I waited for my pizza the fridge with fresh drinks.

I went to there last night. Ferguson on N Florissant rd. I told the man I would like to have sausage added on to my Pepperoni Cheese Bread. And that I’ll pay extra. He literally told me “ no we don’t do that over here” and that I couldn’t add or customize my order. I never heard anything like that in my life . I’ll understand if they ran out of food but telling me straight up no is crazy to me.
