The fact a delivery driver can say take someone off a do not deliver that doesn’t have things delivered to begin with then to be rude and say “I don’t want your money I’m not delivering to you” after calling back and simply saying when asked pick up or delivery I will pick up because you just said I can’t have delivery. Just out of the ordinary for me. I have spent hundreds on them and for this simply rude and unprofessional. This is my experience and I don’t care who has an opinion about how I feel it will never change.

Giving them 1 star is reaching right now. The pizza was barely cooked and it was doughy and the sauce was more like tomato paste. I’ve been a regular customer for years and they’ve gone significantly downhill. The manager was incredibly rude and said I must be lying because no one else complained about their pizza tonight. I will never return simply based on the way he treats his customers. Super disappointed. He thanked me for calling and I asked if he was the manager and he said yes. He didn’t offer to give me my money back or to make me a new pizza despite the fact that these were inedible and told me if he believed every person who called to complain they would go out of business.. wow. Great management!

I feel like this is very traditional pizza, but it’s also “what many pizzas are trying to be.” It’s consistently great quality and very satisfying, a good balance of cheese, sauce, and a crust that has some chew (reminiscent of a good soft pretzel).
This is probably one of maybe 5 pizza places (across Connecticut) that I would go out of my way to order from again (and I do).

OMG!!! This is my second pizza in 2 weeks, This is manchesters gold star pizza resturant… No question,, $22 for this pizza??? Wheres the crust?? Except for rim, this pizza is buried.. and to boot taste,, made my tummy happy.. Only pizzas i get from here from now on… and very friendly help too.. cant ask for more…Quick edit…. thats my 3rd pizza, a meat lovers white pizza with spinach and black olives,,, I feel sorry for other manchester pizza joints.. THIS pizza topped past 2 pizzas so far, loaded and flavor is to die for!! Thank you manchester pizza for serving a way beyond expectations pizza..

Typical below average grinder with stale old bread and “meat”…thats a steak and cheese btw….some guy brought back sauce in a 5 gallon bucket from a party from the day before. He said don’t worry it’s been in the fridge..and they said tthank you and they took it back into the kitchen!!!wow…
