This breakfast spot is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re surrounded by a beautifully artistic interior that feels both cozy and inspiring. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, and I loved browsing the merchandise — it really adds to the creative vibe of the space.
The coffee is truly amazing (make sure to try the wildflower latte) — rich, smooth, and clearly crafted with care. It’s the kind of place where you want to slow down and savor every sip. The food was just as impressive, fresh and delicious.
What really makes this place special though, is the staff. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and pours their love into creating a great experience for the customer.

Amazing service, such friendly staff, even though they were busy they were calm and chatty. The lox was amazing it was absolutely piled with salmon, the pickled onions were super flavorful. I got their ginger latte drink and really enjoyed it. I do wish they had a matcha on the menu but I look forward to going back and trying their chai!

Pastimes is going to be a Lakewood staple. The owners have put so much time, effort and genuine care into every aspect of the place. It is warm and inviting, a great place to hang out, and the food and drinks are locally sourced, fresh, and delicious. They just opened their doors so the wait might be a little longer, but I promise it is worth it.

The interior of the space is beautiful and cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was really great, we had the breakfast burrito and focaccia bfast sandwich. Overall really solid! This is going to become a neighborhood staple for us!

Super cool place! Thought I’d enjoy the bagel sammies but that focaccia bread was insanely good. Incredible ideas, price and atmosphere. Also, super friendly staff. Great coffee, unique space, lots of attention to detail. Will be going back often!

Amazing spot in Lakewood! All their food is incredible and the coffee is perfect. One of a kind atmosphere in there, down to every detail. Truly a unique spot. The artwork and merch is awesome—I need to go back and check out more of their shirts!!

Went earlier to order food for a work meeting. Alex and the rest of the team were so helpful and gave A1 customer service. When I had questions, they were quick to give me answers and suggestions. Even when I couldn’t find something on the menu that I needed, they were quick to point me in the right direction. The whole team enjoyed their food. We will be back

I don’t want to ruin their perfect rating so I’ve given them 5 stars but I was disappointed. Service was awesome but i ordered what is effectively a turkey club (turkey, bacon, mayo, cheese, lettuce) and it ended up costing more than $20 after tip and there was mayo only on bottom part of sandwich and just a dry slice on top next to the lettuce. I’m going to try something else next time because I’m sure you can get a less expensive meal than what I ordered and it seems like people really like it!
