I haven’t had much of an issue when I’ve gone in the store, the food is standard Penn Station fare and the employees are usually pretty solid, but for the love of anything you hold dear do not order online from this store.
I have to believe that either Penn Station as a company or maybe just this store has not discovered the internet yet. I’ve tried to use the Information Super Highway to order food two or three times over a few years with varying degrees of failure. The last time was such a complete failure that the store apparently never received my order, my confirmation order number was too long to even look up, and nothing got resolved. They say to email the company or call the store to resolve the issue on their website. I emailed with no response and severely doubt the store can take care of a problem its not aware of so I remain hungry and alone in this cold, cold sandwichless world as you can see in the picture I have provided.

Very friendly service. Counter angent engaged young kids and took time to ensure they understood menu options and got what they wanted. Also made sure our coupon was applied without any hesitation. Multiple employees checked on us while we ate; service makes good atmosphere.

I’ve had Caesar salad in many places. But in this salad, the seasoning of the chicken is spectacular. I really liked it. I recommend it. A good place to eat. Quite quiet and relaxing. Excellent atmosphere and even better service. Very clean.

i’m not a review type of person but , the workers here clearly don’t care about the speed of how they make they’re because it shows ,my boyfriend ordered philly cheestake sub . he had more bread then he did meat or anything !! mind you she forgot he ordered fried as well and he wanted oil and vinegar on his sandwich they gave it to him on the side 0/10 wouldn’t recommend or hire people who are considerate about the customers food !!

Horrible experience, this is not the first time.
From now on, I would never go to that Penn station again. Every time I order, they always make my turkey sandwich wrong. Today, though I ordered online and said no cheese, so they made it and gave me cheese so then proceed to give me the same sandwich took the cheese off. Instead of making me a brand new sandwich.
There were pieces of cheese still in my sandwich and I cannot eat cheese or have no type dairy.

Update on March 8, 2021 – In response to owner’s reply, I did “tell them more about my visits” via the corporate link they provided. All I did was post the review provided here. Why the actual owner of this Penn Station location did not give me an explanation about their fries is beyond me. I guess they really do cook them they way I say below. i.e. fry them a second time to warm them up when a customer comes in. It takes 5 minutes on average to make my sandwich, so why they don’t drop fresh fries for my order into the frier is beyond me.
Original review in February 2021 – Tasty Subs, Fries Terrible. I’ve eaten at this one on Brownsboro ~15 times in last 6 months. I’ve had it with their fries. First, they seem over cooked, as if they were dropped back in the fryer a second time to make hot. Or maybe oil needs changing. Second, 75% of the fries you get are these little stub fries about 3/4 of an inch long. So short, it is difficult not to get ketchup on your fingers when you pick one up. I’ll maybe try the place once more, but if no improvement, that’s it.

Unfortunately this location absolutely prioritizes online orders over being there in person. I waited 40 minutes for a cold sub and eventually had to leave before they got to it because my lunch break was over. The workers didn’t even know how to process a refund. Would not recommend and won’t be going back.
