I wish I could give the staff negative stars! They were EXTREMELY rude, and entitled. I asked them the prices on 3 different items after tax, they they acted like i had asked them their pronouns or something. Super unprofessional. They acted like they were working on commission instead of hourly. If you want food done right, without the BS ATTITUDE, definitely go to the one off twin cities rd.

Had to use kiosk to order (took forever) & there’s only 2, so at dinner time the line was long. Got the food, but my cinnamon twists were stale (they replaced), and it was freezing in there, so we felt we had to eat fast to get out.

This is now the second time I’ve ordered food from here and they completely disregard my customizations. I’m happy I just hate tomatoes and I’m not allergic. Make sure you start checking your bags before leaving because I guess they just don’t care

I use the mobile app because it helps me order vegan food. That’s very convenient and I appreciate that I can customize food for my dietary needs. I didn’t rate them as well in service because once they put meat on my vegan entrée and also even though I order ahead, it seems like they don’t make my order until I get there

I was surprised how good this Taco Bell location was. Considering how gross Galt is. However, this location kills it. The food was great and fresh. The young kids working at this location are doing a good job. This location must have an excellent manager. I was actually impressed because this Taco Bell is located in Galt.

Went through drive thru today to TRY to pick up my mobile order.I was the only one in the whole drive thru and when I came up to the window the worker told me you need to go into the store and wait for your food for mobile orders.He mentioned mobile orders are slowing their drive thru down.This is the only taco bell that has started doing this and it’s a huge inconvenience for people with little ones and pets.Customers just want to pick up their food that has already paid for and get back on the road!Maybe they don’t need a drive thru anymore

The food was all cold, had no flavor and the portions were very small. I only live 5min away from the place and I will now drive 20min to go to a different one.
The young man working the line was slow as molasses and didn’t want to be there. The 2 young ladies had to tell him multiple times to hurry up, then when the young lady brought up the food she threw in on the counter and said nothing at all.
I would definitely not recommend this Taco Bell
