Excellent little hidden gem of a restaurant. Wait staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Food was excellent as I had the chicken fried green tomato sandwich and it was delicious. Prices were reasonable. Place was also very clean and not too noisy. I suggest if you’re looking for a rather extensive menu of options to tingle your taste buds and a great place to take friends or dates go here. The plating was spot on as well. Kudos to the ownership and management job well done.

Nice quiet restaurant. Wine was delicious (Pino Noir). The steak was good (ribeye), ordered med rare, and it was cooked slightly uneven and was grey with no sear. Service was polite and quick. Overall this is a nice place, that with a little work could be a great place!

Excellent choice for dinner. The folks here always provide high-quality food and drink in an atmosphere that’s inviting and casual. They’ve got something on the menu for everyone. Their tapas and cheese selection provides for great starters, and the entrees are a hit. They’ve also got a nice dessert menu to finish off the meal. We love coming here.

We were excited to try Grape Taste after recently moving to Lake Jackson but were unfortunately disappointed. I think it’d be a great spot for just wine and the cheese board. The wine menu was great as well as the cheese options. But the food itself left something to be desired. The menu is quite an odd combination of options for the only ‘Italian’ place in town. The chipotle pasta lacked any flavor and the four shrimp on top were extremely overcooked. We would probably only go back for wine cheese and dessert.
The waitress did not welcome us in or introduce herself and the service felt very rushed despite not being very busy.

Ate there the first time and really enjoyed it. Had the prime steak and it was really good and tender. Can’t recall a better steak I’ve had. Also had the chocolate martini. Very quiet and pleasant and service was very smooth and exceptional.

Beautiful place, great atmosphere, everything on the menu looked delicious. We started with the shrimp queso flamedo It was so good we ate it all before thinking to get a picture. It came with just 2 peices of bread but when asked they quickly brought us a basket with a few more slices and tortilla chips. The service was great , only 2 people waiting tables and they didn’t miss a beat! We had the Flounder and the steak tomatoe alfredo pasta. Both were really exceptional, cooked and seasoned perfectly. Fresh quality produce and seafood. The sauce on both dishes was perfect. Price for the quality was very reasonable. We left with creme brulee and Italian cream cheesecake. Can’t wait to nibble on those later, positive they will also be amazing. Definitely will be back!
