I placed a sandwich catering platter (16 sandwiches and chips) the night before. The following day, I received a text stating my order was ready for pickup and to notify them upon arrival. When I arrived, I was informed by the cashier that the order was not ready and would take an additional 20–30 minutes.
I understand that mistakes happen, but it was frustrating to be told that I should have called ahead, despite receiving a confirmation that the order was ready. There was no accountability taken and no effort made to compensate for the extra time spent waiting. Manager Sahil was of no help. Got the Pesto Turkey with the salad and drink. The salad was large than I expected, the sandwich really tasty and the Stubborn Soda complimented the entire meal. Not a cheap meal, but a really good one.

I came in at 7: 30/ half hour before closing. They were already cleaning the area and it smelled like bleach I ordered the chicken. Caesar salad was very disappointed that it was mainly very light colored Romaine no dark lettuce at all the bread portion was satisfactory, but I will never pay for another salad until I see it first

We have dined there (mostly pickup) on several occasions and have never encountered a bad vibe. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, food has always been good, and on time. I thought Jimmy John’s had the best sandwich, until I had yours. Always a good vibe and I am 74 year’s old!

Good food, but horrible staff. They are abrupt, rude and could care less whether you, the customer is satisfied and the manager is the worst. Don’t they realize customers pay their wages. I paid $36 dollars for a sandwich, 2 small soups and a salad. I could have gotten this elsewhere with friendlier service. Additionally, I don’t drink soda or sweetened drinks. I drink unsweetened tea and they only have instant. Yuck! The beverage offerings leave much to be desired. When I asked to substitute a bottled Pure Leaf Tea or bottled water, no they won’t do that even though I offered to pay the difference. When I asked to remove the drink from the combo, no they wouldn’t do that either and made no apology. Worst customer service ever. I won’t be returning.
