Our neighbors recommended Iguana’s & it did not disappoint! Great salsa with light tortilla chips… not the thick tortilla chips! My wife ordered the #6 combination & I ordered the #4 combination plate & they were only $9.99 each. More than enough food. We probably could have shared. I also had the top shelf lime margarita & it was sooo good! Friendly service, clean & food was served quickly. Definitely will come back!!!

Excellent Service and Excellent Food
Was really surprised at such a great Mexican restaurant in such a small little town. Had street Al Pastor tacos with beans and rice. My daughter had a chicken taco salad. Chip were thin and warm. Salsa wasn’t spicy but still good.

I don’t know if it was an off day or what because usually it’s pretty good but today we ordered a double order of chicken fajitas the flavor was bland and we were only able to make 2 fajitas with the amount of chicken that was given. The entire skillet was mainly onions and green peppers. It’s like they used 1 chicken tenderloin for a double order. Which we were told the price of the double order was $23.99 since it’s not on the menu. When we got our bill it was $29.99 for the double order . So for a water, a tea and a huge skillet of vegetables was $42.00 . I think it’s under new ownership because it used to be a lot better. As for the service the wait staff was good but with the language barrier the price was wrong the flavor was bland and the amount of chicken wasn’t enough to make more than 2 fajitas.

Food is extremely bland overall. It feels like cheap ingredients and no salt was used. Just fats and starch. Old feeling pico, somehow flavorless onion. The tomato was also weak, but that’s to be expected in October — can’t legitimately find fault there.
It isn’t *bad*, but there’s not much to like in terms of the food. Staff were good, nice, attentive. Decor was pretty good as well. Neither are enough to salve the core failing though.
Queso fundido and seemingly homemade chips were a good start though. Refried beans in the fundido is unusual, but not bad. Some in my party liked that. It was, for sure, the highlight of the meal for me, but was only OK.

The food was tasteless. The steak and chicken in my taco salad tasted boiled. The music coming from the kitchen was so loud we could barely talk to each other. Service was fast and friendly but the food was a big disappointment. We have heard so many great things but that wasn’t the case for us.
