Is good bbg in a gas station. The ribs are solid and the pulled pork is good, maybe great. I really enjoyed the fried green tomatoes as well. I loved the coleslaw it’s perfect cafeteria style.

The payment process kind of throws you off, because you order at the counter and pay at the gas station register. BUT, this is my favorite BBQ I’ve had in this area. I would drive here from Auburn for a barbecue basket any day!

Nice place for local BBQ. The smoked wings were super delicious and moist. The pulled pork was okay. We try BBQ almost everywhere we go, so it gets harder to impress.

Just an absolute letdown. The smoked turkey wasn’t smoked. just roasted. and poorly, at that. Couldn’t eat it. Pulled pork was mediocre at best. What do they do well? Not sure. Service was friendly, looked a little understaffed for a Friday night. I have heard lots of talk about Bama bbq, but y’all can keep it. My kids were even let down, and what do they know? Other than, “Dad, this sucks.”

It’s in a gas station, so zero ambiance. You order at a counter, then go into the gas station to pay, then bring your receipt back to the counter before they start your food. The food itself was mediocre. The smoked wings were moist and meaty, but had zero smoke taste. The fries were not fresh and were oversalted. The pulled chicken was dry. The sauce is way too sugary. Best thing on my plate was the green beans. Best thing on a friend’s plate was the potato salad.
Amongst all of us there, I didn’t hear anybody rate the food above a “three out of five”.

I got the smoked turkey plate with mac and cheese and green beans. I had high hopes but the turkey was dry and had that 3 day old leftover turkey taste. The mac and cheese was average. The green beans were pretty good though. Doubt I’ll be back but if I am, I’ll be getting something else.
