I’m really disappointed with our experience. The staff was extremely slow, and it took a long time to receive our food. When we finally got it, we double-checked the order because in the past our sandwiches have been made incorrectly — and unfortunately, both sandwiches were wrong again.
When I brought it to the employee’s attention, he asked what I ordered, looked at the ticket, and said that’s what the ticket showed. The issue wasn’t the ticket — it was that the sandwiches didn’t match what was ordered. We had to wait again for them to remake it.
The food itself was just okay. The medium fry was only about half full and had no salt at all. For the price, this experience was very disappointing.

Worst experience ever. Glad this was my first so I don’t have to worry about it happening EVER again. Waited almost an hour. Fry’s were cold, sub was so soggy it leaked through the bag and created a pool of whatever it was all in my door jam of my car. I will never be back.

The food was excellent and very fresh and served fast. The staff was nice and friendly at the counter and register. The restaurant was new and was very clean. I had a good time with my family eating in. I definitely will return to this location to have lunch or dinner again.

Couldn’t get a receipt because machine was out of paper, took too long to get food and when we did it wasn’t right, took it back and when returned still wasn’t right. Finally got it right on third try. Got water from drink fountain and it was mixed with soda. Showed to employee who gave me new cup. Tried a second time and it still had soda in it. Not sure why the place is so in the weeds as it is not crowded.

When I arrived there was 2 employees. One was mopping and cleaning the floor due to some sort of spill. There was a caution sign on the floor but the floors were still very slippery and unsafe from the opening stand where the other employee took my order all to the way to the cash out register. I had to use the tables on the left and the rails on the right to walk safely to the cash out register. My fear at this point was that customers coming in after me would not be as lucky as me and fall when walking as the floors were in that bad of shape. I pointed out the safety concern to the employee at the cash out register (who was the one previously mopping) as she replied defensively “there are signs up” . Afterwards she did go back to try and fix the floors but I had to personally warn the next 2 sets of customers of how unsafe the floors were and tell them not to take the same path I had to the cash out register. Last, the same employee who was mopping and fixing the floors did not put any gloves on when arriving back to prepare the food and put tomatoes and lettuce on my sandwich which i find to be a huge sanitary and safety issue. I will not be back at this location

This time was not as nearly as good as prior visit last month so somewhat disappointing. Bread seemed underbaked and not crispy. Plenty of meat but darn few veggies. Store was busy (buy one get one free day) but seemed clean. Training a new person probably set their service back but glad they were able to find a new employee! Will give them another try and update review if warranted.

I was the second person in line. I ordered an artichoke sub and added chicken. The chicken was never added to the ticket and I waited 30 minutes to see 2 people that ordered after me and a call in order get their food before me. I’ve worked at pennstation, an artichoke sandwich without add ons doesn’t take 30 minutes to cook. Go to any neighboring store and save $10 and 25 minutes of your time.
