I ordered a pickup at the counter on Christmas Day. Yeah, it says it might affect hours. I place the order 5 or 10 minutes in advance. Get there around 2:40pm sat there for an hour just for the manager to blatantly. Walk past me and get in this car and drive off. $15 wasted, and you don’t get a refund at all.

The food had definitely gotten worse over the past few years. Seems like it’s ran by mostly high-school kids. Drive thru takes forever most of the time and fries are ALWAYS old and cold even when requested made fresh.

Bought a big Mac. There was more lettuce than meat, the meat tasted old and dry, the bun was stale. Absolutely disgusting.

My burger was Very salty and poorly put together, the way my cashier greeted me and guest was very dry but when it came to the caucasian customers the tone was different she even brought the two different caucasian customers their food their table when my order right behind where I was sitting but my number was called and my food was left on the counter unattended its 2024 ITS TIME OUT FOR this treatment THIS IS HOW I RECEIVED MY ORDER

Hi everyone! Well… My daughter drove into the drive thru. ( Only car in that line, the other 2 lanes was for pick up only. They were so loud we clearly heard them placing orders! ) The server ask how may I help you. My daughter started her order the first time. She was asked to start over, a second time. My girl started her order the second time. A pause… my girl was asked to please start over for the third time. My baby girl looked at me and said, ” Mom…I am going to be Christ like!’ (Blah-ha- ha-ha!) My daughter was then able to make a complete order. The fries were awesome. My cheeseburger was over cooked and dry. Coodles to the service handler that gave us the food. Very pleasant.

The lady that serves the meals would rather yell a number than deliver it to the table.
Why did the kiosk tell me to “grab a numbered tent to have your meal delivered to your table!” When she refuses to do it, the yelling is annoying when I’m trying to eat. She could make this easier and just quietly drop it off at a table.
The kiosk also did not give me a receipt to file a survey which is suspicious.

Terrible as always it seems. They are never going to improve and the prices just keep climbing. McDonald’s used to be the go to for cheap. At the point of costing as much as any other fast food why bother?

It is typically a good expirence going to this McDonald’s since the one in my hometown isn’t best however some of the drive thru employees can be very rude. Just today we were sighed and told that we need to speak up instead of just asking us to repeat what we said. Normally it isn’t like this here but here lately it’s been something else.
