It’s cheap and there’s a reason for that. Pick a different pizza place. We had it delivered and specifically asked on the website for face to face interaction. The delivery person basically ding dong ditched our pizza on the front porch except they didn’t even ring the doorbell! Took us about 20 minutes after to realize it had been delivered. Definitely don’t order the chicken wings. We got the oven roasted chicken wings. They were barely seasoned and didn’t look “oven roasted” at all. This location also clearly doesn’t clean their chicken before cooking. Found several pieces with chicken feathers still on them. Disgusting!! Threw the whole order away. Will not be ordering from here again.

Update*** The last few times I went here, the Pizza has not been cooked. It is soggy in the middle or soggy bread. a real light color bread texture. I have added a picture and deleted the previous two I submitted. I am disappointed that it went back to how it was before. In 2024 when I would go in, I could see them pull it out of the oven before it came out. I believe this is the same thing happening again, I ordered this pizza on my way off work and i was in the oven 5 minutes after I ordered.

I’ve always loved this location. It’s our only one near me in Kernersville. There was about a 6 month period that I was getting undercooked pizza. Then we started ordering the thin crust and it seemed to be cooked better. One day I went in and while I was waiting on my order I was standing by the door and saw the guy they had that retrieved the pizzas from the oven pull them out before they were done. Even though it was kind of busy, I stopped going for a while because I was upset with the pizza being under cooked. I just started back ordering recently and the times I’ve went, I’ve noticed new workers. I’ve had better pizza and crazy bread these past few times I hope they keep doing what they do. Today I was greeted by a sweet employee. I ordered the thin crust today with crazy bread. As of today 10/10 is my rating. I hope they are back to being the little Caesars that I know. I hope the new Team workers stay

DO NOT ORDER! I ordered pizza for dinner for my kids (breadsticks and 2 pizzas). The delivery guy delivered only the breadsticks (I have him on camera doing so). Little Caesars directed me to call DoorDash. DoorDash has refused my refund twice. Little Caesars has done nothing but take my money. So, I basically paid $30 for breadsticks. I had to order from Dominos just so they could eat that night ($30 more spent). Ridiculous. I’ve never had a company not give me what I paid for AND refuse to give me my money back. Never again.

their lazy!!! i went and ordered pepperoni pizza and they handed it to me instantly crazy fast didn’t think much until i took a bite in my car the bread was rock solid and the cheese tasted a bit weird the pizza tasted old its like they make so many pizzas early in the morning and let it sit until someone orders best go early or you could get stale gross pizza it’s disgusting because who knows how long the pizza was their all morning??? a day??? 2 days?!?!

All the food is very good, but the cashier is terrible. He doesn’t hear well. I ordered a pizza and he charged me for two, and when I tried to tell him, he ignored me and went to the kitchen. I didn’t want to argue, so I just left. But while I was waiting for my pizza, I noticed that he was serving everyone like that; couldn’t hear what people were saying to him.

This place needs new management and they need to have someone supervising the workers. The girl at the counter, Jasmine D. Was very rude. She looked mad at the world and acted like she was just so aggravated to have to take an order. ” It’s gonna be a long wait is that ok? With an attitude. Like I don’t know what’s going on in the back but we have like 7 or 8 orders. So 20 minutes at least but probably longer. The lady in front of me had an incorrect order and she refused to correct it. These teenagers are ridiculous. I will no longer do business with places who can not hire workers who are friendly and respectful! Do you want business or are you trying to run people off ?

Ordered on line order was ready when it was suppose to be. When I went in to pick it up, there was 4 employee’s there totally ignored me. My instructions on my phone was to give the employee my name and order #. After 5 minutes of standing there a young man with an attitude I finally ask for help. He said yea it’s in #2 what’s your code? I said I didn’t get a code. He said let me see. I showed him my phone. He seemed upset, then yanked the door open grabbed my pizza and almost threw it at me. I must add, it was not very good. Usually the pizza is pretty decent from this store. I won’t go back.

the guy that’s here is so insanely unprofessional and has zero customer service. i manage a restaurant myself and i would fire him the second i saw the way he’s acting. didn’t greet me when i walked through the door, in fact he sucked his teeth, rolled his eyes and didn’t say a word to me.i walked up to the counter awkwardly and asked for food. then sat watching football on his phone when a lady came in, didn’t acknowledge her. she asked for something and he stared in her face without responding. absolutely no regard for his job whatsoever or he would not treat people this way. i was extremely overly nice to see if he would change his tone, and yet he did not. i would not want someone like that working my front of house ever.

I haven’t been to a little Caesars in YEARS.. we’ve been 2 times in the last month and both times the same guy was working and has the WROST attitude. He was by himself tonight and I can believe that’s stessful but treating everyone with such disrespect is just not acceptable.. do better!
