Food was ordered online was ready for pick up in 14 min, got there and was about 5 people inside waiting on orders some door dashers ended up canceling and walking out due to the long wait, felt bad but you can see the main guy in the front was frustrated and overwhelmed.. either way my order was fast pick up and once i was leaving there was a line out the door I think they need to maybe get a bigger location so people don’t need to wait outside.

Horrible experience with workers today. I ordered my items through the mobile app and was ready to pick up. First I was missing items with my order. Second had to come back because my order was wrong and third they forgot to remake my order so I had to wait even more longer. Workers just stayed there chit chatting until my partner had to speak up and ask again if the wings were ready. Very disappointing and left home with cold food.

Victoria just helped me with an online order and she was a machine. She was working the phone, making the food, helping at the counter. It honestly seemed like it was just her and though I wish she had more help, she was working so hard I had to comment on it. Thank you for your help, Victoria and I hope you’re able to relax soon!

Horrible customer service very disrespectful and speaks over You had the audacity to argue with me when when I asked her to please fix her mistake was very confrontational unprofessional and made me feel very unvalued as a returning customer. I would never go there again and I wouldn’t advise anyone else to go there. If you look at some of the reviews to this specific restaurant, they’re horrible. They shouldn’t even be open. They even allow people to cook your pizza and booty shorts and tank tops with no gloves and their hair all in the food very disgusting……

The pizza here is very good and they always have it ready on time. The prices are much better than Round Table. The counter person typically is attentive and pleasant and I make sure to give him a tip when he seems motivated and helpful. I’ll be back.

Okay so here we go. Yesterday around 5:30 PM I went to Pizza Hut to order a pizza. I used a coupon. However, when I arrived, there was one customer waiting for his order. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. One employee was (what appears to be talking on the phone) in the office. Another employee was mixing the chicken. Another employee (who was pregnant) was walking around as if she had all the time in the world. Then she walked to the back area where she started preparing food. Except she did not sanitize her hands nor did she put on protective gear to prepare the food. She was just putting her hands in the cheese and sprinkling it on the food. Finally at 5:33 PM the person who was in the office came out and asked was I there to pick up? I said no! She then took my order and said it would be about 15 minutes. I went and sat down. Shortly after a barrage of people entered the place. Many had picked up orders and a few places orders. After things quieted down a little. Then the conversations started. Nothing was being said nice about the customers.At 5:53 PM I approached the counter again. Wondering if my order was ready due to the fact that it was well past 15 minutes. Another employee saw me at the counter and asked me if I was there to pick up? I said yes she asked my name and I told her. She then gave me the pizza. When I got home and opened up the box I was excruciatingly disappointed because the pizza looked like a road kill. It was supposed to be a large hand tossed pizza with extra sauce. Instead what I got was something that looked like cal-trans scraped up off the street placed in a box. Not to mention that even though my family and I tried to overlook the inaccurate order, but we had intestinal issues all night long. I really don’t know what people see in this place but I don’t see anything worth bragging about.
