I have complained to the managers here several times. I don’t know if it intentional, but the pizzas i order from this Dominos in Dawsonville Geogia have always been light on sauce and cheese, practically making it inedible on day one and throw-out on day two. My son just ordered it and we feel ripped off. He decided not to even eat either his chicken BBQ or pepperoni pizza–like no sauce.

They’ve adjusted their store’s values for delivery in the minimum and maximum, which is incredibly inconvenient for me. You cannot do Cash on delivery over 40 dollars, and you cannot deliver the free pizza from the rewards anymore, requiring a 17$ minimum. So, i cant really order when i have a lot to order or redeeming points from those, and frankly, if im going to be out, im NOT picking up pizza.

I ordered two pizza’s- one stuffed crust and one hand tossed pepperoni pizza. The stuffed crust was really good, however when my daughter went to get a piece of the pepperoni pizza, we found maggot larvae on the pizza. We completely lost our appetite and now refuse to order from this location again and I don’t know when we will be able to stomach pizza again. Very disappointing.

I live 13 minutes from this dominoes. 7.7 miles. I am in an apartment. No matter what I say, they keep telling me they cant deliver to my address. It is too far out. Although,at least 3 times a week one of their cars is in here delivering to my neighbors. I have asked the drivers why. They dont know. I have went in and shown them photos of the cars and my address. Nothing.

This isn’t the first time I’ve received my order this way… This is like the tenth time. We order from you frequently. It’s usually a fight, because I have to keep explaining to my significant other how poorly run this building is. It’s just annoying. If you don’t care about managing your store just quit your job. I’ve used this location twice for pickup(bc it’s convenient) and I will not pickup again. BOTH times our orders were messed up…and both times we had already paid, so nothing could be done. First time, we ordered the boneless wings along with pizza. The we’re not boneless wings, so we had to wait another 15 minutes for them to fix the order. Second(and last time) they completely just forgot to make the second pizza. Both times all we got was “sorry for your wait”. I gave this domino’s a second chance, but I’d rather deal with the hassle of having to go to a further location for correct and fast food.
