Wing-1-1 is an absolute 10/10. This is THE place to stop for wings. Great service and attitude as well as a great atmosphere! 🙂 Caught them at a busy time during lunch and 20 wings and fries only took about 10-15 minutes. I got the Jamaican Jerk Sauce and the 24KT Gold sauce and those two are the perfect mix of sweet and spicy. PLEASE go here and show love to a local in our community! Will be back for more wings and other items on the menu like burgers in the future.

My husband and I were really excited to try this place as we love wings and supporting local businesses! We ordered the mild buffalo boneless wings, the garlic parmesan traditional wings, the smash burger with fries, and their fully loaded hot dog. The fries were either old or just not fully cooked. They were soggy and didn’t taste right. The wings were dry with hardly enough sauce. The garlic parmesan wings didn’t have any parmesan on them? I’m hoping we just came on an off day as we love to frequent the various businesses inside the Factory.

the food tastes 100x what it actually costs. It’s flavorful, and it genuinely tastes like love and care.
aforementioned, the prices are ridiculously low. I’m surprised how they manage to sell that high quality for so low, but me (and many others I hope) are so great full (coming from a broke dude)
the people are absolutely amazing, the sweetest people you’d ever meet. On more than one occasion, they’ve given me free food and drinks for no other reason except out of the kindness of their hearts.
tldr, the kindest people serving the best wings in TN for extraordinary prices.

My wife and I ate there today. We had eight piece boneless Jamaican jerk and ranch wings with french fries. It’s been a long time since I had french fries that were cut the same day they were fried. Excellent. Excellent service. Great atmosphere if you like comic books old muscle car memorabilia and Video games like back in the day. It’s family run, not a franchise and the people who are vested in its success Cook and take care of you. I give it to thumbs up!!

My family ate here over the weekend and really enjoyed our food. The best wings we have had since moving to Spring Hill. The wings were crispy and had a good amount of flavor on them. The employees were very nice and helpful when we were ordering. My 4 year old LOVED his chicken and keeps asking to go back for more. We will be back 🙂

Just visited this place for the first time. Awesome wings with plenty of meat on them, yet crispy and delicious. Fries are fresh cut and yummy. Burger looked good, I didn’t have one but someone in my party did. Great atmosphere, friendly owners. Give it a shot, you’ll be satisfied. I’ll be back

I tried this location. Oh my goodness the owners are wonderful, employees are amazing. Took care of me and oh the food here is just amazing. I’ve eaten at this location several times over the weekend. A true gem hidden at the factory in Columbia. Tennessee. If you looking for awesome wings, pulled pork. Hamburgers. Fresh cut fries. The food was really good and fresh – the wing sauce (especially the Gold sauce) was fantastic, the burgers were also very good. My son loved the arcade games to play while the food was being prepared. This is a great place to have a meal.
