I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches 2 orders of the 12 count chicken nuggets 1 large fry 1 regular Mac N Cheese two large drinks
This restaurant’s food was very fresh the customer service from general manager Adrian was very inviting very nice I didn’t have an issue but I chose to ask them to make sure that a manager made sure my order was made did exactly that Adrian stepped in handled all of my food it was fresh hot
As you can see in the pictures the restroom is not the cleanest but I give them some slack because of the time of day it was rush time and it was a lot of people in their lines so they probably needed all of their employees to get there wonderful Torrance City natives back home or to work for lunch

I was surprised that it was pretty empty at noon on Saturday, but it started getting busier when we were leaving, so I guess people just have a late start to lunch on Saturday.

Went thru the drive thru. Placed an order for club sandwich and frosted Dr Pepper. I saw a sign for the adopt a cow plushie so i said that i wanted a plushie in addition to my order. The girl taking my order keeps insisting that the frosted Dr Pepper is not a “slushy”, after i said the cow stuffed toy when she finally stop tunnel visioning on the word slushy instead of plushie. I wanted the collectible cup as well but unfortunately they ran out. She went ahead and confirmed my order (including the plushy). I pulled up to the window and after i paid them they informed me that they’re out of plushies. I even pointed at the sign on the drive thru window. But they were adamant about not having it. So they were out of both the collectible cup and cow plushie. Went home defeated with my food. I didn’t even want it anymore. And opened the box and it was a basic grilled sandwich not club. Absolutely ridiculous.

Chick-fil-A is always a solid choice when you want fast food that tastes fresh. The chicken sandwiches are consistently good, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The waffle fries are another favorite, especially when they come out hot and perfectly seasoned.

A bit disappointed atm. I usually a big fan of this place. Always super friendly staff always ready to treat customer the right way but I was a disappointment on my recent visit.

I LOVE THE CREW MEMBERS AND EVERYONE HERE. THEY TREAT ME WITH RESPECT AND KINDNESS WITHOUT FAIL. N IM JUST AN UBEREATS DRIVER. I ALWAYS SIT AND EAT ALONE INSIDE WHEN I CAN. THATS HOW MUCH I FEEL WELCOMED AND COMFORTABLE.

This place is the worst!!! Whenever you do curbside doesn’t matter time or
day. It takes them 20 minutes to bring a curbside order out. I had to go in once and everyone was standing around. I had to ask for my order that I was waiting outside for 20 minutes before going in. It’s the only Chick-fil-A I’ve ever experienced this at.

Service is always wonderful, competent, friendly staff, I think out of all of the fast food options Chick-fil-A has by far the most friendly staff.
