This is the third time my gf has asked for no onions on her burger because shes allergic and this time she specifically said she cannot have them (either kinds) and they still add it. I didnt say anything the first 2 times and she just didnt eat it. But anytime you try and call the store everyone seems to hate their job. Or they dont answer.

I tried the new Big Arch sandwich. It was very good! The new sauce is fantastic. It’s a huge burger, and a little messy to eat, but it’s worth it! Drive thru staff was very friendly and fast service.

Would highly recommend not going to this location and to check your receipts very carefully. It seems they are attempting the automated process with no success so far I ordered a meal through their kiosk, which clearly showed in all locations, including nutrition, information biscuits, gravy, hash browns, and a coffee, however, after not receiving the hash browns and politely requesting the front attendant to include the rest of my meal they informed me that I did not purchase hash browns, and that they are no longer included in meals. After reviewing to make sure I made the correct selection. I noticed that yes, indeed, in all places, nutritional facts, item details, every part of their menu, including my mobile application, shows it does include hash browns however, on the receipt, it only listed the meal at the correct meal price as listed when I ordered and my coffee separately because of my creamer and sugar selection so it appears the employee is limited to simply reading the detail line items on a receipt and not actually understanding what it is that they are selling and refused to provide the rest of our meal they suggested that we purchase additional hash browns separately.

Very strange experience on Mother’s Day. We went into this, our local McD for the last 30 years and jokingly asked for the Mother’s Day special. (Of course no such thing exists). The guy at the register did not pick up it being a joke. We tried to share our good mood without success.
We ordered and paid, and while washing up, the manager came out and refunded our money. Turns out the clerk had recently lost his mother. Well, we both know how that feels. We tried to explain the Mother’s Day “special” but the Manager got hostile and told us to leave, which we did. Then the police showed up.
Errors –
1. Manager put an unstable employee working with the public on the very day that would upset him the most.
2. Since we were done interacting with the clerk, Manager could have counseled him, just telling him we were thoughtless jerks, and to let it go.
3. Manager could have told us that the guy was upset and why. We would have apologized for upsetting him
Instead the manager, with a heightened sense of entitlement, ejected us.She seemed to enjoy exercising her power.
I take the time to write this as a service to the owner. I used to have employees, and I appreciated feedback from my customers.
