3rd time in 3 weeks my order has been wrong. Evidently they do not know how to make the Tavern style pizza. Tonight I asked them to make sure it had tomatoes and red peppers. Instead I got crushed red pepper, I don’t like spicy!! Was too hot from pepper to eat.

This place has really went down hill. Employees are rude and something is always wrong with the order. Order from whiskey rd if you want to order from Pizza Hut. Never even received my order last night had to call and get refund after 2 hours of waiting.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. Customer service was HORRIBLE. Pizza was not done! Wings were half sauced! I placed a curbside order, but after calling for 10 mins with no answer I went inside. No one was waiting so I’m not sure why they weren’t answering the phones. My order was ready so he just handed me my boxes. I get home and both pizzas are sooooo undercooked I had to put them back in the oven. Never again.

Worst service ever! Ordered 62.00 worth of food got two pizzas sent to my house and have yet to receive the rest of the food! They claim they never even got my order have called a total of three times, they can’t help me because they can’t prove I made an order! No manager there that can help either….
