I love coming to F&Goode!! Not only are the pastries so delicious, but the staff is so kind and interactive. Everything I have gotten from there is so delicious. The cakes are also amazing!!

Such delectable choices at this “little bakery that could”! High quality, fresh ingredients result in outstanding baked goods. Favorites include the cinnamon roll slathered with icing, blueberry scones and ham and cheese croissant. Haven’t yet tried their creative custom cakes. I’m sure they are as good as they look!

One day walking I stumbled upon this hidden gem in Covington. Stefanie not only took care of my daughter’s cake, but the flavor & texture had me dying to order from her again.
Our daughter’s cake didn’t last 24 hours after the party. NKY we are so lucky to have this brilliant baker in our backyard.

Cake was delicious! Tried to order tiramisu for next-day pickup, but that wasn’t enough time to make the lady fingers, so they recommended a “tiramisu inspired” cake instead — pretty much the same thing, just without lady fingers and a light butter cream to keep it all together. It tasted great, appreciate the creativity. Will be back soon to try their handpies and croissants.

My sweet tooth has a new fave. This Covington bakery was recommended by a nearby shop Saturday afternoon. Now I’m paying it forward.
I indulged in a light ricotta-based cheesecake there, plus got a blueberry chocolate chip cookie and an espresso cheesecake bar to go. All great!
They offer a pretty wide selection (more sweets than savories), but of course they can handle all your made-to-order needs. Service was good too.

A huge thank you to Stefanie from F&Goode, she was recommended to us for our Wedding Guests Deserts by Alcove By Madtree. What a treat ! I was looking for deserts with a French influence as I’m French and she did such an amazing job. It looked just amazing and was delicious ! Stefanie was very accommodating, we did a tasting of individual cakes and couldn’t pick just one so we went for small bites and it was a killing ! Thanks again Stefanie !!

F & Goode deserts did a great job on our anniversary cakes. I didn’t think a 10 inch cake would feed 24 people, but I was mistaken. I bought two just to be safe and we had quite a bit of cake leftover…not complaining . I will definitely recommend and go back.

Was in town for meetings and ordered one chocolate sheet cake and one vanilla sheet cake to take to a key customer. $190 worth of cakes. There were several things that did not come together including the taste/quality of the cakes itself. Sparing all the additional details, all of this could have been written off to just a bad batch, a mistake, etc….as I cook and do make mistakes too. I do not post bad reviews as I give everyone a chance to mutually work it out by being responsive and with a simple conversation the same consideration my customers give me as well. But you can thank “Rob” for motivating me to waste more time to post this review. The owner had Rob return my call although she took the order and also ended up calling my customer directly to receive the same input I tried to provide to Rob on a very heated phone call. Best described as a customer “No Service” call. After answering his initial questions in which he did not like the answers, he became rude, indignant and very condescending. Even telling me that I must have never had a quality cake before. No apology, just comments projecting like it was my fault their cake turned out bad to the extent my customer & myself could not finish the pieces on our plates. The intent of my phone call upon leaving my customer was to inform them it was not near the quality others have experienced from their reviews. I did not asked for compensation (none was offered by them either), and would not even be posting this if it were not for his extreme no customer service attitude in which I had to just hang up the phone. If I treated any of my customers that way, I would not have any customers. Hopefully they will learn from this experience, and be more responsive and understanding to listening to customers that may have feedback they do not want to hear. Finally, the owner needs to respond to these calls and not delegate them. The front end of the quality of service would be a five star, the responsiveness & customer service after “sale” would be a zero from this experience.
