Of you like to dance this is the place to be on a Wednesday. If you like friendly servers and bar tenders you have to go here. If you want proper portions with amazing tasting food why are you not already waiting to be seated. Management could not be better and the atmosphere will keep you coming back time and time again. Ok gotta add more on here lol. Took my kids here for dinner tonight and the food was so beautiful you don’t wanna mess it up but when you do eat it oh my goodness flavor overload. Chef sir you are an artist!!! Our waitress was shawndra and she is sweeter than pie she was somehow even able to keep up with my little lol. Our bartender was Sarah and I can never say enough amazing things about her. I wish she worked Sunday nights though so I got to see her face more. I love love love this place!!!!

Came out on a Sunday night first week of March and just had a great time. Great atmosphere, great service, and great food. Line dancing is all genres and there are enough locals so if you are no good like me you can blend in. Absolutely a great place for all ages. Come out enjoy some great food, line dancing, and drinks.

Went to see band last night, only bar that charges a cover to see music other than Gulf Coast Jam. It was high for this area! Drinks were weak, and the bar so small you cant even get near it to get a drink. The floor plan can be much better, they should’ve enlarged their bar area. The temp in the bar was too hot! The band tells you to Uber home if you cant drive but they tow your car if you leave it. Second time coming here, not returning. Going to Newbys! Looking forward to Tootsies Opening! Sorry guys hou have a place that can be so much more.

We order three items to go: First item the “bacon” wrapped jalapeños were just fried average stuff jalapeños you’d find in your local store’s frozen food section. No bacon was wrapped around the jalapeños nor any bacon in or on them. Second item was the chicken wings. They were not fully cooked. Yuck! Third was the bang-bang shrimp. It was just a big ball of mush. No crispness at all. Very disappointing-and it wasn’t a good value for what you get.

The food was the highlight. Honestly, our server did the very best he could given the circumstances. They were understaffed, to say the least. Our sweet server was at attentive as possible with several tables scattered all over the restaurant. My order was wrong. Our wait to order was long. It was chaotic.

I am so excited to see this place completely remodeled! Even with a limited menu, the smash burger was amazing and bike week was so much fun! I can’t wait to get in there for some line dancing and the live music! The stage is awesome! There’s multiple bars. Indoor and outdoor seating and the coolest vibe!

What a welcomed remake of what was just a draft beer hangout with less than average food options. Amazing investment and complete makeover! Toured the place today and had a couple ice cold beers. Can’t wait to explore the vibe soon. Hopefully…and a suggestion to new owners…establish a “Lagoon Goons Club” or the “Crawl Home Club” with some type of local’s discount. Deckhand Social did this and it proved to be a real volume driver during slower periods. Can’t wait to see where the menu options go as they continue to finish this place out. Get your Bike Week 2025 cuzzie while they last. This was the unofficial “grande opening” and it was crazy busy! Welcome to The Lagoon.

Will try again another time but after driving all the way across town we were turned away at the door as it was by reservation only and did not find that on the website viewed prior to starting the drive. We went to the wicked wheel instead and enjoyed our late lunch there.
