We have tried to like this location. They just can’t seem to get it right for whatever reason. I would like to chalk it up to poor management.
First time we went, we had to cancel our online order. We waited in the drive thru line for 30 mins and only moved up twice. We went inside and couldn’t get any assistance and didn’t want to wait back in line again so we went somewhere else.
Recently, we decided to try to mobile order again (stupidly). Same thing happened again! We waited in the drive thru line for 15 mins and never moved. I went inside and realized there was no line (should’ve just ordered in person). There were 3 employees just standing around with nothing to do while online orders are backing up. I understand that different places have different policies but, in my eyes, the front should be filling online orders if they aren’t busy. We finally get our order 30 minutes after it was estimated to be ready.
I ordered a side of guacamole and chips. Huge mistake. My “guacamole” was rubbery pieces of avocado shoved into a small plastic container (as you can see in the pictures). I tried to mash the avocados with my fork with no success. I reach out to the company to let them know about our experiences with this location. What do they do? Send an emailed apology and offer me one free fountain drink. Laughable to say the least. We definitely won’t be back.

Not sure what happened today but we walked out after starting our order. Never had a problem before at this restaurant but this time the person starting to prepare our food had a miserable attitude. We just left. We’ll be back but if this woman on the line we will leave again

Went there last year, when they first opened their new locations. The whole family was super excited. Worst customer experience ever. Had a mobile order of just three bowls and took about an hour. No one would talk to me and I get it, they we busy opening week however the customer service was so bad, the manager had told a poor old lady that they wouldn’t give her a water cup or provide her with one (without payment). Everyone in the restaurant had said something. The customer didn’t like the soda she had purchased as it was new to her but when asked if she could just receive water the manager and employees refused. Absolutely disgusting and should be illegal. The older lady (customer) wasn’t rude, was just thirsty and honestly I’ll never go back to that location. The other customers in line even offered to pay for the water but the point still stands. Horrible experience and I didn’t even get to enjoy a warm meal. Never had the same experience in other locations and it’s a shame to see these types of business practices with a well established name.

Ordered a simple meal 40 minutes prior to arrival. I enter the facility. There’s 4 people waiting for mobile orders, 0 people in line. My meal was not ready. I notice 3 people standing behind the counter doing nothing, while 1 person is in a frenzy attempting to keep up with the mobile orders. I confront the staff. They say management doesn’t allow anyone to help the lone person doing mobile orders. The staff was great… MANAGEMENT, WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS PLAN IS THIS?

After a few hit or miss visits, I finally had a great experience at this location! The staff was ON IT – incredibly friendly and quick. Despite it being a busy Saturday, the line was moving along! All the food was in stock. Portions were great. Everything was so yummy. I’m a happy guy 😀

I’ve been here a few times, today my server was Nate! I ordered quite a bit of food and this young man was as great. We’ve all had our share of bad servers who get upset when preparing big orders and they’ll even rush you while you decide what you want on your food to move the line quicker. Not this guy! He was fast and more importantly the customer in front of him was his focus. He even thanked me for coming in a dining with their restaurant. You can’t teach that…. I’ve never heard that from any server at a Chipotle restaurant. He valued my business. This kid is special! Keep it up Nate, your definitely gonna

Came to sit down and eat and there was already a mess on the floor before this one. No one picked it up. We told the front about. Another couple came to get tea and the nozzle came off. More tea started to pour everywhere. As I am writing this the spilt tea is still all over the floor. And I am now finished with my lunch. Nothing has been done.

My Aunts were in town and stopped at Chipotle to get something before heading home. The two ladies working the window at about 7:45 or 8 ish were rude to them. The staff was unattended. They waited at the drive thru and then honked the horn repeatedly and they were not seen until about eight minutes later and when they came, they were extremely rude. They then said that they were out of various foods that my Aunts asked for saying “they hadn’t made the food items for the day” And when they asked for extra napkins, they gave them two, one per person. They each ordered tortillas and the workers put them in the same aluminum foil wrap so when they went to eat the tortillas they were stuck together and tearing apart. They asked if they could get different tortillas because they were in the same foil and tearing and the woman tossed them a folded piece of aluminum foil, saying to just put one of the tortillas in the next piece of aluminum. My Aunts asked for utensils and the lady asked them, “Isn’t there any in the bag?” they said they were not sure because it was a mobile order and the back was sealed so the woman tore the back open to check the bag and then gave them the utensils and the torn up bag with a tear right down the middle back to them instead of giving them a new one Attitude with them the whole time.

We usually love this place but today was terrible. Ordered 2 kids taco meals and received 4 inedible burnt taco shells. This can’t happen. Next time just give us soft tacos or cancel the order.

they let person behind me bought my order and take it and leave they let them and then they just left. They weren’t going to remake my food. The girl at the counter was giggling and thought it was funny. She figured I was with the person behind me. i was trying to use my 50% of entree on my app this location is bullshit i’ll drive to lake wales before i come here again
