so i ordered a pizza at 512 pm and every every half hr. after 630 i called this store and they was very convincing that my family’s food had just left the store at 830 pm finally i started asking for a refund at 930 pm he refused and continued to insure me the food just left instead of just telling me that they was busy and refund me my money he was sure the food was on its way on its way and he was not going to refund me my money we got so hungry by this time we just found food and ate what we could even my last call closer to mid night he promised me my food will be at my door in 5 min i never did receive my food it wasn’t there when i woke up the next day and my money still has not been refunded i will never order from this place again and i also use to use this place for lunching’s with the company i work for down the street they will never get that business either

I’ve frequented this location for many years now as a local, and the recent treatment has been absolutely appalling. This charred disaster is what they tried to serve my family. What was supposed to be a cheeseburger was burnt to a crisp and sent out. Unacceptable. Trying to reason and find a solution, a call was placed to the store to try to figure out a solution as this “burger” is not edible. That orangey goop was supposed to be cheese. The entire burger, top and bottom buns, cheese, the patty itself, all blackened and hard. My family was treated like garbage and rather than respectfully come to a solution with the store, they insisted on arguing and asking us to “hold the burger up to the phone “ so they could hear it. How do you hear a burger?? Childish and ridiculous staff with disrespectful potty mouths that have no respect or integrity for the company they work for. Rude and uncooperative and refusing to refund or replace. Completely lost a big family of customers due to these actions. Unbelievable. Will never see another dime from us, and they don’t deserve your business either. Will be calling corporate for feedback and hopefully a better solution.

I ordered my pizzas custom made & was told 45mi to an hour, food was here in 28 minutes and VERY HOT & FRESH!! This is not the first time I’ve received this kinda service from this location,,,VERY IMPRESSIVE!! I Definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.!

This was my worst food experience EVER. Ordered lean rib tips, received crispy burnt bones with NO SAUCE! Called store and told manager out, return unknown; probably in the morning and no refund could be given. Kept being told by cashier manager unavailable and no refund could be given, her not knowing I was looking for a remake. After refusing to hang up asked to speak to whoever was in charge. Next up head cook met with the same negative energy brought to the phone. He admits he made a judgement call that “lean” meant no sauce. And this is Happy’s head cook, they are in deep trouble. He hangs up on me before I call back to inquire about a remake. He agrees to remake but I would be a fool to eat this after all of the back and forth we just went through. Franchise or corporate location there should be certain standards set for customer service and food quality sent out to all customers

Worst Pizza ever! 1st time ordering here at the Taylor-Ecorse place. I checked the menu online and “call” ordered a BLT thin crust pizza ,price said $12.99 medium. I called back after I realized he quoted a $17.49 price and explained the online menu price was 12.99. He said show them the online price upon pickup. So I did and the worker then got a manager who then told me that was the ” on line order” price and wouldn’t honor the online order price. I reluctantly paid it ($17.50)a $4.50 upcharge ! I said I will never order here again and got an I dont care look. So I get it home,opened the box and there was no lettuce and scarce tiny bits of tomato and bacon bits-and a total grease bomb! I’ve ordered BLT pizzas at different places but honestly I couldnt eat this one. * pic

I placed a delivery order at 1130pm -I understood it would take about an hour, thats fine. It got to 1230am (just wanted to check in since it was getting close to closing time) the guy who answered the phone said she should be there in about 10 minutes… it got to be 12:58am called the store only to have the guy answer and say “thank you for calling happys, were closed” and then hung up before I could say anything….
This happened 5 times in a row at least … the food finally showed up a little after 1am but my thing is, if you know you have your driver out there making deliveries late at night like this… you should probably at least answer the phone to find out if its the person who already ordered and paid for their meal online, to make sure everything is good……
The driver was nice and apologetic, not her fault at all… it was the guy/kid who answered the phone, and kept hanging up on me before I could say one word..
Just do better with your customer service ….
