I haven’t been to this location until today. I spoke with an employee at the drive thru window getting my order. She was very friendly, personal, and I just loved the conversation all the way around. I’m kicking myself for not catching her name but all she mentioned that I could distinguish her was that she was an expecting mother like myself. Just want to pay her credit where it’s due. She has a great vibe and attitude!

I was so happy when this starbacks opened up. The first few experiences were amazing. The drinks were also made delicious. Unfortunately I’ve had two bad experiences with an male assosiate that works afternoons. He has a bad attitude and acts like we are annoying for aksing him to do his job. I do want to add the first bad experience was due to him handing my drink to another customer through the window before me.. they handed it back to him and he confirmed it was the same drink he was trying to give to me. When I asked him for a new drink im absolutely sure he just took my sticker off because he handed it to me 2 seconds after I asked for a new one. Although I cannot confirm this I absolutely threw out the drink. What a waste of money. Any time he is there i have a bad experience. I wont be using this starbucks because of him.

I was on a road trip and walked in with my dog to order a quick coffee. I was immediately yelled at by a barista that dogs aren’t allowed due to food restrictions. I understand this, but typically most Starbucks will allow you to walk in and order a beverage. There were no other patrons in the Starbucks at the time and so her reaction seemed a bit extreme, hence I will not be coming here again. I do love normal Starbucks and have taken my dog into plenty of them, and in the past she has been welcomed with smiles and a pup cup.

I want to say thank you to Eduardo M shift Supervisor. I went in with my family he was very helpful and answered all the questions we took a while to order because a few of us didn’t know what exactly to get. He was very patient with us. Had a smile the whole time. Will for sure go to that Starbucks again. Thank you Eduardo!!!

On Sunday, January 25th, I was disappointed with the customer service I received at this location. I ordered a venti drink with light ice and was given the wrong size. When I brought this to their attention, they remade my drink in a venti cup but filled it with ice, ignoring my “light ice” request. The employee who assisted me also denied I had ordered a venti, despite charging me for one. I hope the manager can use this feedback to prevent this from happening to other customers. My experiences at other Starbucks locations have always been positive.

Unfortunately I always want to give this place a try but they always dissapoint. The workers always have an attitude and seem bothered to service you. Theres a specific girl with blone hair that usually has pig tails sorry for not getti g her name but she always seems bothered by you asking for anything. They are always put of straws or at least thats what im told. Starbucks needs to retrain on customer service at this location.

Horrible customer service, unfortunately I’ve tried to give them a chance but they disappoint every single time. Mobile orders are never on time. They are sarcastic and like another review mentions, they say things supposedly nicely but with sarcasm and anger and this was from the manager himself. Save your self the drive her and go somewhere else.

Good service and friendly staff. Sam and Jasmine recommended a “surprise” drink based on my coffee preferences and I was very pleased with their selection. Both ladies even understood a joke that was said and used it as reference on my cup. Definitely recommend you visit this location.

I have to say im very disappointed in this new location. I was very excited about having a starbucks near my home closer than the one off ramona. Unfortunately after giving this one a try 4 times and having an unpleasant experience every single time I will be taking my buisness to the one in ramona from now on. The customer service is always bad as if you are not paying for your own drink. Management needs to check on their staff and retrain them on what working a customer service job is. They always have an attitude and seem bothered by you asking for anything. Save your time amd money and go elsewhere.

I had a very bad experience here there is An associate that works here and he’s of course LGBTQ And unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get his name so I’m describing him so you guys can be aware of, but I was trying to bless someone today and pay for their order through the drive-through and he said that I wasn’t able to do that and I feel like they shouldn’t be like that if they’re trying to gain customers not all of us are negative Nancy’s in the world. I will not be returning back and giving my service to this establishment here off Ramona.
