Went to pick up a door dash, I asked where the restroom was, the lady lied and said it was out of order. I said “the toilet?” She said yes plumbing issue. I said ok i just need to rinse my hands and dry them and proceed to the rest room. She ran after me and followed me to the bathroom. When I left, I asked why she lied and she yelled at me. Another gentleman said it’s only for customers. I told them as a customer I’m allowed to use the restroom, and then place an order. They said I’m not allowed to. Then told me to wash my hands in my car and called me dumb.

I was drawn in by the appealing advertisements from Teriyaki Madness, which showcased fresh, flavorful food with generous portions. Unfortunately, my actual experience was far from what was promised.
The rice was clumped together and overly sticky, clearly not freshly made. The chicken was tough and dry, tasting as if it had been sitting out for days rather than cooked to order. To make matters worse, the crab rangoon was overdone and lacked the creamy filling you’d expect — more like a hard, greasy shell than an appetizer.
Overall, the food was poorly prepared and felt like an afterthought, not something crafted with care. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Teriyaki Madness and won’t be returning.

I visited teriyaki madness yesterday and tried their chicken teriyaki, orange chicken, and noodles. Everything was really good!
The chicken teriyaki was tender and had a nice smoky flavor with just the right amount of sweet and savory sauce. The orange chicken was crispy and coated in a sweet, tangy glaze that wasn’t too overpowering — just perfect. The noodleswere tasty, cooked well, and went great with both chicken dishes.
The portions were generous, and the food was served hot and fresh. I’d definitely come back here again.

Ordered teriyaki chicken bowl with fried rice to go. By the time I got home and opened my container it was too late. Bowls are supposed to come with steamed or fried veggies, I got neither. And the menu photos of the fried rice show carrots and peas. My fried rice appears to be white rice with a splash of soy sauce. Perhaps the store was out of vegetables today? Either way, as you can see from the photo, I got a bowl of bland rice and unseasoned chicken. Very disappointing.
