Have had breakfast 3 times and had cold food served to us excuse was oh it sat in the window to long. But food itself was not good either tough ham hashbrowns overcooked eggs overcooked under cooked. Not an experience. It’s sad because when they first opened the food was great. New chef needs lessons cooking breakfast. When you order a breakfast burrito and the onions peppers and other veggie in it are raw and maybe one piece of bacon in it. It’s hard to swallow.

Went here for breakfast, and left hungry and disappointed. My husband and I both ordered menu items that had eggs and hash browns, but rather than approach us that they were out of fresh eggs and would we rather have something else, we got powdered eggs and were told we’ll take $4.00 off!!!! We couldn’t even eat them! And the hash browns must have been just thawed out, one bite was all I could take even saturated in ketchup!
But the muffins, mimosa and Bloody Mary was good. My advice, go for the alcohol and skip the food!

Me and my family love coming here after church. Their burgers are amazing. Their sides are perfectly made. The staff is the funniest to be around right when you walk your greeted with a big smile. We love every waitress their. This is a great place for families to come and eat and fellowship together. Reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

Went to Jack’s Grille yesterday for the first time.
Had heard they served good food.
Ordered a Philly cheese sandwich.
In more than 50 years of travel, this was absolutely the worst Philly/French dip sandwich I have ever experienced. Fatty, chewy, very tough meat. I definitely do NOT recommend this sandwich. The others in our group enjoyed their burgers.
The fries were great and staff good.
I doubt I will ever go back.

I ordered a Caesar salad with grilled chicken and the chicken came out pink and lukewarm which is really not acceptable for chicken and then it took about 20 to 30 minutes before I got the platter back but overall, Jax is a fun place to eat. There’s a good selection of sandwiches and they do have some good grill items. The service is great and the wait staff is very friendly and helpful.

Horrible service and unwelcome atmosphere. I really wanted to like this place but will not be back. They were not busy, we were seated and then ignored for 20 minutes, had to ask the unfriendly gal behind the bar if someone could take our order. When they finally did they “couldn’t do salads right now”. Our sandwich came with chips when we asked for fries, server said “we are out of fries”. Weird the table that was served as we were walking out was given fries.

We were staying in Philipsburg on a Monday, and nearly every restaurant was closed at lunchtime, so we made the drive to Anaconda and hoped for the best. Jack’s Grille more than delivered. The food was great and reasonably priced, and the staff was friendly and attentive.
