Great customer service over two separate visits. Food was served lightning fast each time, but I think it was at the expense of freshness. The chicken had spent some time under a heat lamp and didn’t taste fresh in addition to being slightly dried out. Overall I like this location but would be okay waiting a few extra minutes for fresher chicken.

My family and I get takeout from Zaxby’s from time to time and the food is always exemplary. The staff are always kind courteous and helpful. The bathrooms are clean and always stocked. I’ve never had any complaints or issues with this Zaxby’s location.

Worst customer service I have seen in Zaxbys this far. I normally order salads, and lately the quality and the quantity of chicken and bread is less and less. Chicken is crunchy and not eatable and the bread is completely stale.

I went there 2 weeks ago and the young lady who helped me mad me so mad. she wasn’t paying attention and I only received half my order and found out she didn’t even ring it up. today was .. thankfully much better. the young man that helped me made sure my order was right and good and dint forget anything and was very polite and respectful! now I will definitely go back to this location
