Ordered three tender meals and it was extremely slow. One guy was working on the register, clearly got confused, and walked off without saying anything to us until someone in the back noticed and came take over. Lots of movement was happening in the back but with no output.
Someone left drinks near the drink machine that were spilling that stayed the whole visit. No napkins or straws up front and when we asked we were advised they had none. Tables clearly hadn’t been wiped down in a while and the restaurant had an overall unclean appearance. People in the drive thru were sent to park and after a while eventually ended up inside due to wait time, at one time three separate cars all parked in front of the drive thru area.
The food did come out hot and we were given a small pie for the wait, so it wasnt all negative.

This was a very pleasant and wonderful experience for me on my lunch break. The young lady that took my order was very patient, polite, accommodating in taking my order. Although she was taking care of other things (checking on other orders and other customers needs for their needs) she held a GREAT attitude and a smile. I had to ask her name for my review. I work with the public at my job and I have to to say that she is definitely what I would say that she needs to be a manager. No doubt

I found my experience great to say the least! Everyone was so nice and my order was different and they had no problems. The only reason l put 4 stars on the food was the dirty rice was a little dry. But that’s just our taste. Overall I will return and will recommend.

MANAGEMENT still has not rectified my complaint.
I was asked for my e-mail address so that Management could contact me to resolve my complaint but I have not heard back from whomever.

He could not hear me on the telephone. He put the telephone down and complained about me to the orher employees. I could hear them.
My food was stuffed in a very small box. Napkins were full of grease

Service is horrible. I believe it’s management issues. At some point most popeyes has gotten crappie expecially past 7pm. When you try to order something the first thing they say is ALL WE HAVE IS. And it’s never what you’re wanting to order. If you’re lucky you can order what you want but stay parked to the side for 30 minutes. Picture showing cars setting there waiting.

Order a family meal with a coupon and asked if I could get it all dark, they said NO it has to be mixed. Get home and there was only one thigh the rest was white meat. So much for mix chicken. Tried calling 6 times and they would never answer the phone. The white meat was dry and old not even fresh. Don’t waste your time or money.

A cook was smoking a cigarette in an apron outside . Which is so unsanitary. Long wait time . When placing my order the girl kept telling me to hold on it took 20 min to place a one combo order.
