Stopped in for a quick slice, this place is a cross contamination breeding ground.
Kid scratching nose, hands in pockets, drinking from a cup then touches my food.
If that’s not bad enough the guy cut my Sicilian into a triangle?

Ordered takeout and got a chicken wing Stromboli. The Stromboli dough was raw inside and the cheese wasn’t even melted. It was disgusting and inedible and had to be thrown away.

Had Sicilian slice for lunch. Was good. Ordered a calzone to take home. Threw away 9$. Absolutely no flavor. Could have eaten ricotta out of the container with a slice of mozzarella.

Tried this mom & pop pizza place today and it was pretty damn good. I had never been here before but I’ve driven by it many times before driving down Wyoming Avenue. Had a few slices of pizza one chicken wing, a chicken bacon ranch, and the other a broccoli tomato onion. Gotta say some of the best chicken pizza I’ve had in the valley! The veggie slice was ok but needed more cheese on it and less of a crust. Also ordered the garlic knots and only got about 4-5 small ones in an order but they were really good, and the pasta sauce that came with them was excellent. Overall I paid $18.00 for 3 slices, an order of garlic knots, and a bottled water which was pretty expensive but for the quality of the food and how good it tasted it was pretty worth it. I told them if it tasted good I would come back for a full pizza next time.

We got a plain pizza, which was very good! Wings were amazing, very saucy & great taste. Unfortunately the fried calamari was fried way too long so they were overcooked so we tossed them.

I hate to write bad reviews but people should know…the grandma pizza was so bad. Crust like cardboard, stale and tasteless. Can’t comment on the cheese and sauce because there wasnt enough of it to hide the fact that I was eating stale crust. I threw the pizza out in my garbage can after one slice. I also ordered garlic knots which were dry and flavorless. Never again.

Lino’s Pizza and Italian Restaurant is a small dining establishment on Wyoming Avenue in Kingston, PA, consisting of about 5-6 booths and a handful of tables. While a display counter features several pizzas, strombolis, calzones, garlic knots, and slices of tres leche cake, one could also order subs as well as seafood and pasta dishes.

We arrived shortly before 7 p.m. on a Friday evening and had our choice of tables, as only one was occupied at the time. There were several other customers present who appeared to be ordering takeout. We took our time looking at the online menu before ordering an eggplant parmesan sub and an Italian stromboli. Although bottles of soft drinks, water, Gatorade and iced tea are available, we decided to go with a fountain soda instead.

The sub was delicious, with plenty of eggplant. The bun was fresh, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The sauce was also very good. The sub was also the perfect size, not too big to waste, nor was it small enough to leave one wanting more.

The Italian stromboli was also pleasing. Again, the dough was fresh and filled with plenty of mozzarella cheese. The side of marinara dipping sauce was quite tangy and smooth. My only recommendation would be to add more ham and salami, as it appeared there was only one slice of each. The stromboli was good enough that I wouldn’t mind  paying a couple dollars more than the listed price of $7.95 if more meat was offered

Members of the staff were soft spoken but polite and gentlemanly. They were efficient with taking our order, and we only had to wait about 10 minutes before our meals arrived. The place was very clean and inviting.

Lino’s was good enough for me to return and try some of their selections of pizzas. If you’re looking for a quick and satisfying bite to eat, give the establishment a try. The place also opens at 10 a.m. daily (with the exception of Sundays, when it’s closed), so it would also be a perfect place for lunch. I’d also recommend visiting their website prior to arriving, as there are many selections on their menu featuring different sized portions.

Finally, Lino’s is conveniently located next door to Manning’s Farmhouse Ice Cream Shoppe, which would make for a perfect choice for dessert after a scrumptious meal.

It’s so hard to find NEPA pizza places with good atmospheres, but this place is so comfortable! The food was great, and the employee working tonight was also so polite.
