Going downhill. Each time I’ve been in the past year, the food quality had been worse and they lack standard products such as spicy chicken and cole slaw. This time, on September 23,2021, they only had regular chicken, no wings, and not fries and okra. I bought the “special” for 6 people. I received one small packet of okra and fries. Enough for about 2 regular eating people. The last straw was that the chicken was old. Dried out. See attached pic. This is a chicken breast that looks like jerky. Had to throw it out.

Don’t bother, another review said their chicken was indescribable! That can be said for mine, the chicken wasnt cut properly before cooking, biting into what i thought was a thigh and got spine bones!! They didnt have mash potatoes or mac n cheese, so i ordered fries and they were soggy, my biscuit was the size of a quarter, didn’t rise. Very disappointed! Accept food shortage at near closing time but not at lunch time! Management ya needa get this store in order asap. So sad.

I came to this Church’s location and had mixed feelings. The food itself was solid — fresh and tasted just how I expected. No complaints there. However, the dining experience was disappointing. The music inside the restaurant was extremely loud, to the point where it made it hard to hold a conversation or even place an order comfortably. On top of that, most of the employees didn’t speak English, which made communication difficult and led to some confusion during the ordering process.

I bought the 8 piece mixed tonight 4/30/25 the biscuits were great. The mashed potatoes were great. But that chicken was very bland, no seasoning, no flavor at all.. All i could handle was 1/2 of a wing… Husband could not eat it at all as it was so tough for him to eat.. It had been sitting for awhile.. All they had for anyone to order from was chicken , mashed potatoes and the biscuits they said that is all they had fixed up….Will not be back.. I love my chicken but this was very gross

The chicken legs have barely any meat on them. The bulk of the size is the fried outside, and nine legs easily fit on a paper plate. Biting into them, the fried skin crumbles away and to reveal overcooked and unappetizing meat.
