I’ll get straight to facts.. I placed a phone order a lady answered and took my order. I ordered 2 green onion pancakes, corn and cheese, and I saw a picture of sausage and vegetables and asked if it was spicy she said no and that kids can eat it too. I picked up and paid for my order and headed home; got there and opened my plates…. The sausage and vegetables were steaming with spicy smell and then the pancakes were so thick I thought I was eating pancakes! (I came a few weeks ago and the pancakes were great!) I called the place back and she answered, when I told her the pancakes were thick she said that’s how they always make them for years (oh well I’ll just take the loss $$), then I told her about the sausages and vegetables and how they were spicy! She says, “oh they are? No one ever say it’s spicy?” I tell her it has jalapeños in it??? Not including whatever else. She proceeds to deny it’s spicy and I told her I can’t have spicy stuff it’ll make me sick and it took pulling teeth…. Then I kindly shared with her, while I was on the phone with her eating my corn cheese, the red dye on the paper was transferring into the cheese, so I was eating it too… she could care less lol so I won’t be spending any more of my money here, sad because I tipped so good on a carry out order…. The restaurant was extremely, extremely dirty. The space looked very unsanitary, the floor was stained as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Just looking at it made us feel uncomfortable and lose faith in the cleanliness of this place. The food was not only bad but also very expensive compared to its quality. After eating here, we both got stomachaches. This made us really worried about food hygiene. We didn’t even dare to finish our meals because we felt unsafe in that space. A friend of mine went to the back of the restaurant, and he almost vomited when he saw the filth in that area. That is completely unacceptable for a restaurant serving customers. This was a very bad experience. I will never return and would not recommend anyone to go here.

Last time I came here with my friends, we received extremely disrespectful treatment from the staff. They treated customers as if they were doing us a favor, without any respect or professionalism whatsoever. That attitude made us very uncomfortable and disappointed. We even joked among ourselves that with such an attitude, that employee wouldn’t be able to work here for long. But today, when we returned, surprisingly, she was still there, maintaining the same unpleasant and disrespectful attitude as before. It’s noticeable that the restaurant is much less crowded now. And after what we experienced, I completely understand why. No one wants to return to a place where they are treated badly and disrespected. Furthermore, the restaurant is extremely dirty. The space is not kept clean; the floor and surrounding areas look very unhygienic. I’m not sure if the food preparation is hygienic, but just looking at the space alone is enough to make me lose faith. This was a terrible experience. I will not be coming back.

I walked in on new years ever sat down and turned to the lady who sat us and then was asking if they had all u can eat kbbq. She responded not only rude but like matter of fact and walked off laughing at me? Told her it was rude and left to take my business else where. Super poor service and rude employee. The restaurant was extremely dirty. There were black stains on the floor that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The tables and chairs where customers sat were also unclean, creating a very unhygienic and unpleasant feeling. Even worse was the staff’s attitude. They were disrespectful and unhappy from the moment we walked in. No greeting, no friendliness, just unpleasant looks that made us feel unwelcome.
My family and I returned after 3 years, and sadly, the restaurant is no longer as busy as before. But after this experience, I understand why. The dirty environment and poor staff management have caused them to lose many loyal customers. This was a very disappointing experience. We will not be returning.

It was just us on a Monday night. I can’t wait to come again on a busier night to get a better vibe. The pink Jinro soju frog was good company.
Solid banchan: the chayote jalapeno pickle is a new must-have for me! We shared a scallion seafood pancake with tender calamari tentacles and padak fried chicken with piles of scallion flecked with sesame. Tasty food – terrible breath. You may want to avoid for a first date.

Please reconsider and fire that employee immediately. Her attitude is completely inappropriate for working in the service industry. We came here to relax with family and friends, not to leave feeling angry and disappointed.
The way she treated us made us feel like beggars, not paying customers. There was no respect, no friendliness, just coldness and unpleasantness.
A restaurant can lose many customers because of an employee with such an attitude. If management doesn’t address this issue, I believe the restaurant will continue to lose even more customers, just like what’s happening now.

Pretty ordinary Korean pub vibe. We got army stews and corn cheese. They don’t offer fried rice service like Korea so we ordered requested rice and kim-garu to make our own fried rice. Okay service.

Pretty good food, the seasoning on the bulgogi was great, the closest I’ve had in the states to authentic Korean BBQ. The quality of meat was pretty subpar, especially for the price.
I would go back but the service was absolutely horrendous.
Upon arrival, the host threw menus at a table and just walked away without a word to us.
Ordering was fine, She was very brief and seemed annoyed and rolled her eyes at every item we ordered.
When it came time to pay and leave, the host spilled sauce and our drinks all over the table and onto our clothes. No apology, even after I said something. This was hands down the most disrespectful interaction I’ve had with any Colorado dining experience to date.
For $40+ a person this was a dismal and disappointing experience. Save your wallet and your time and go to H-mart instead.

Love the ambiance and simplicity of the food of this place. I have been here twice. Took fried chicken both the times. The first time it was half and half chicken, and the second time it was spring onion chicken. I liked the latter more as the pieces of the chicken were boneless, more tender and juicy and there was plenty of spring onions, adding to the taste. I also love the condiments and tangy salads they provide with the dishes.
