The service was fantastic! The drinks were perfectly made, the beer was at the ideal temperature, and the food portions were a good size! We were there on Thursday, January 29 2026, for my wife’s birthday, and the staff who served us were extremely friendly and always smiling! Thank you so much!

Local favorite! Tried lunch but got the vibe dinner was the time to go. Food was excellent with a great beer. Large turkey club and a soup. (Soup very small for price) service was nice but a little slow (busy time) overall a great meal.

Not a local and was looking for a bar with good drinks, this place delivered. We only had cocktails, but they were really well made and tasted great. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere made it easy to chat with locals. Overall, a great vibe and a solid spot for drinks.

Great place to eat fish and chips, a burger, etc. Virtually everything on the menu looked delicious. Got a burger with sweet potato fries and friend got fish and chips. Both were excellent quality in presentation and taste.
The place was packed. Could barely get a seat and had to move another chair at the bar to a second one to be able to seat two. Friendly staff and environment. Chatted with another person there who told me it was Taco Tuesday which is why it’s so packed. It’s not open every night due to staffing issues, and the town will have different restaurants open on different nights to account for this.

This is by far my favorite restaurant in VT so far. It’s usually quite busy. Amazing food, great portions, great prices, lovely atmosphere and frequent music events. The staff is very friendly, they’ll have conversations, joke, and overall are very attentive. Personally, I want to try everything on their menu, all of it sounds amazing, and everything I’ve had there so far has been some of the best food I’ve had anywhere. Particularly I like their French fries and unique take on Crab Rangoon more than anywhere else I’ve been. Their burgers and sandwiches have been top tier as well. I will definitely be coming here whenever I’m in the Newport area.

Great place to have an adult beverage as well as a bite to eat. The Shroom burger was delicious as was the rest of our order! Staff was great as was the food, establishment very clean and happy they are open on Tuesdays!

This spot seems to cater more to locals & regulars. While the servers seemed attentive to the bar area & their regulars, we were left waiting. We were forgotten about almost as soon as we were seated & had to actively seek out staff for menus, more water, our bill, & to complete our payment. We were only there to redeem a gift certificate.
