Very disappointing. I was actually ask to pull to the front door and wait for this. Why would anyone pay 14-15 bucks for this. How can you make this, package it and take it to someone proudly. I have worked in the food industry and I took pride in serving people and them knowing I made that. This is unacceptable and very upsetting. 0 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD.

On February 20th, around 7:30ish at night, I was gonna place an order in the drive thru at this location. The woman working the drive thru had a very nasty attitude. She sounded pretty young, maybe in her early 20s. I wanted to place an order for fries. I didnt catch the full name for the fries. I asked for what I thought what I wanted. Once I saw what was on the screen I then corrected myself and said I wanted the loaded fries. The woman knew what I was talking about but caught AN ATTITUDE. I did not correct myself with any disrespect in my tone I just wanted to order what I wanted before proceeding to the window. The NIGHT SHIFT MANAGER or manager in general need to pull her aside to discuss how to address customers, espcially ones who are not causing trouble. I had to travel to Silver Spring location instead, where I was met with NO DISRESPECT.

I paid 21 bucks for a Nacho combo with a soft taco supreme and 2 steak soft shell tacos. Smfh….
Service and the people were awesome but the restaurant itself is pure garbage now.
Definitely will not be going to Taco Bell again. Everything that made Taco Bell good is now gone. 20 bucks for a garbage lunch is a complete rip off.

What we ordered: a online box (beefy 5 layer burrito, Chalupa supreme, and cheesy potatoes), a soft shell supreme taco, a soft shell taco, and a been & cheese burrito.
What we got: 5 open-on-one-side, beef and shredded cheese burritos, and a burrito full of refried beans.
We fortunately we’re able to go online and cancel the order, so shoutout to the Taco Bell app, but cowabummed that we didn’t get our order 🙁

Fast food, expectations are not high but….this place is super close to my house so….decided to stop. I always order with no onions!!! Its a crapshhot whether I get no onions or a million onions. This is why I RARELY go here, I’ve learned. Open my burrito, a million onions. I took it back since I’m close, person who made it wrong made a new one and gave it to me. No apology, no give damn. Will definitely be even longer before I go again

We waited a long time and they did not get our order right. We had to drive back to order what they missed and paid for it. Got home and the regular soft chicken taco instead of supreme was plain chicken wrapped in a tortilla. No lettuce. No cheese. The cantina chicken quesadilla barely had any chicken. I could see if it wason the value menu but this is $7! I understand there was only 2 employees but there was Not a steady or long line of customers either. I see why. I’m going to the food truck for tacos now.

Been sitting in the drivethrough for about half an hour – lights are on, hours are apparently “open” but no response on the comm, and no sign of life inside.
Plenty of other choices around – never stopping here again!
