I ordered on the app, for some reason it didnt come over. I had to show the worker my order. The burgers were more dry than the last time and my bacon was missing. Going with 4 stars because the last burger i had was good and the employee was friendly.

We take ice cream outings very seriously, as it’s our favorite treat and we want to have a great experience, with generous portions. We won’t be back to the Mahtomedi location. We went through the drive-thru last night to pick up our Blizzards. All had lids on them, and were not full to the top. I expressed my disappointment that they had lids, as other DQ locations do not lid them, in order to allow for the Blizzard’s ample portion size to extend beyond the container. I also mentioned that with a lid on, they are not able to “turn them upside down”, as other locations do, to demonstrate the thickness of the Blizzard. She stared at me blankly, finally stating “We don’t participate in the turning the Blizzard upside down process.” It’s no wonder, as when we removed the lids from our Blizzards, it was mostly melted ice cream. It would have fallen right out of the cup. Not at all a positive experience. Please be generous with portions, do not lid them unless requested, and turn them upside down, which holds you accountable for serving a great product.

They sure have some creative employees there! They all seem to work well together as a team. Loved the cake how they were able to put in her name to match the writing already on there. Couldn’t go inside to see cake options, but they were really good about showing me some at the drive through window.

This 12 year old looking kid was working the drive thru. I ordered a cotton candy blizzard. He didn’t mix the blizzard. It was vanilla ice cream with a small scoop of cotton candy topping? It was very odd. I asked him to remake it. He did but skimped on the topping. It was basically vanilla ice cream :/

I’m really shocked at all the negative And 1-star reviews. The cakes have always been really well done. With a good amount of fudge and crunchies. The gentleman today was very accommodating and made my pecan mudslide (isn’t on the menu anymore) without a fuss. This is a great dq!

Watered down Ice cream then I know what a medium size looks like. I told the young man it looked like a small he said I’m sure thats a medium. Then the price went up. So basically I paid 7.58 for a small but it’s a medium. Yeah I’m done with Dairy Queen they have gone down hill too far for my wallet

I’ve had a couple orders, not seem like the normal way I usually receive them. Had a blizzard I basically had to mix up myself so it would look like chocolate. Think they forgot an ingredient. I worked at a DQ when I was younger so I get it. ( I did the same thing one time) Just need more training. Otherwise service is usually decently fast even when busy!

We were there on 2/17 at 3pm. Good impression. We had the value meals and upgraded to a Blizzard for desert. Had chicken fingers, one more piece than stated so was nice and the Classic Cheeseburger. I’ve had better burger, but it was good.

First I called in on New Year’s Day to make sure they were open and they laughed at me and when we went through the drive thru to order this young girl with pink hair was really rude and was slamming the drive thru door and ignored me when I asked for ketchup and when I asked again she said “you asked for ketchup” and gave it to me and said nothing just glared. Will never go here again because of the service
