Truly, impressively horrendous service. I felt gross as I left, and I haven’t eaten the food. Ordering was truly painful. Every sentence we said was met with confusion, a contradiction, or a question we answered already, all with the brisk & curt energy of someone who hates you. It felt like sticking my hand in an electrical socket over and over to try & pull a sandwich out.
An attitude that abyssmal is not a natural, individual occurence. It’s born from management, terrible performance quotas/pressure, bad scheduling, and miserable corporate decisions shoved down the pipeline. I sincerely hope this place gets shut down, and all the employees are set free with generous severance.
The food was almost alright. The chicken was edible, though a bit rubbery, and the rest of the other ingredients would be ranked as “good” were it not for being served on foam bread. It’s all clearly cheap, which can be fine, but not when one or two of the ingredients are full-on “bad”. No right to be asking $10 for 6 inches of this.

My friends and I walked into this Subway location intending to order sandwiches. As we entered, we politely asked a young Latina woman if the store was open. Her immediate response was, “We close in 10 minutes,” which felt more like a dismissal than a welcome. There was no “Hello” or greeting of any kind—just a clear message that they’d prefer not to serve us.
While one of my friends proceeded to order, there was still no “thank you,” no smile, and no basic customer service. Another employee eventually came out to finish preparing the sandwich, and again, not a single word was said. She just gave us dirty looks, making the whole experience feel even more uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, when my friend asked for his sandwich to be toasted, he was told it couldn’t be done because they were “already closing,” despite the fact that the store was still technically open. He had to settle for a cold sandwich, which clearly ruined the experience for him.
The food itself didn’t help. The lettuce was old and sour, and after everything, two of us decided not to order at all due to the unwelcoming vibe and poor treatment from the staff.
Overall, this was a very disappointing visit. A little basic courtesy and effort would have gone a long way.

Good food, HORRIBLE service. Went thru the drive thru with no line. They said it would be a minute as they were help people inside. Waited 15min then asked how much longer, they said a few more minutes and followed up with saying it would be quicker if I came inside and ordered. Not the point of a drive thru…. Should just close the drive thru if they can’t manage it.

The young lady behind the counter was not happy to be at work today and was not at her best customer service level she made no eye contact she was grouchy about our special request of having the vegetables in a separate piece of paper even though I tipped her well and said thank you so much she did not even look up and barely made a noise and acknowledgment. I believe this young lady was hating life and her job today it was not the best experience. But I super appreciated her allowing us to have our vegetables wrapped separately. Which is kind of sad because it was the difference between a 25.00 tip and a $5 tip

Sign outside says “4 Footlong Meals $9.99 each after 4pm”. Any reasonable person would interpret this as “your choice of 4 meals for $9.99”. But apparently to the owner it means “you must buy 4 meals to get the discount”. $40 bucks at Subway, LOL, no. Walked out.

Stopped in for a quick lunch while traveling west from Spokane. Parking lot is icy, so walk safe. Two staff did their best to keep the line moving and food was good/ consistent. Second floor dining area was unique and allowed for a warm spot to eat before getting back on the road.

Worst sandwich I ever got from this place. Very little meat . Bread was so over baked it was hard , parts of it are inedible.
My Mom’s 5″(6″) was the same way. Mom doesn’t get her sandwiches toasted. Asked for no toasting-girls answer was(with attitude)”so you want cold meat”?
Got to the window to pay- met with more attitude-her:”the machine is asking if you want to tip”. We both said no. She shut the window without saying a word and walked away.
This is half of a foot long. Going anywhere but here in the future. Order is seldom correct.

Things have changed. They now honor coupons/promotions. I’ve been back 3 times since February. Each time the service was good! The sandwichs were quite edible. Lots of meat n veggies! Huge change for this subway!

The location on Canyon Rd. The food is what you expect at a fast food joint. However, have a sandwich your way does not apply to this location. Even more so if you’re unlucky and have the asst. store manager make your sandwich. This young lady is the worse. She needs more training!

Food was on the lower end of what I normally expect from a subway, but it was really disturbing to use the restroom and get soap on my hands only to have the sink completely inoperable. The one bathroom in the building has no ability for you to wash your hands. Gross
