I have NEVER been treated so rudely by anyone until today. Drive thru, trying to place my order had to repeat myself with each item. It was like the person wasn’t paying attention to anything I was saying. Then, drive up to receive my order and a young girl asked me if I ordered donuts. I replied “I ordered a donut”. Then she proceeded to walk away. When she came back to the window she asked me ” WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR “. I mean really, I’m waiting for my order. Then she starts sorting through a huge pile of receipts, I assume looking for my order, and when I start to tell her my order she rudely said “I’m not talking to you!” But she literally was talking to me. An employee who was behind her told her to just “walk away”. Not to apologize to me or try fixing the porblem at all. Just to walk away. Then her and the other employee started talking about a group of employees who were hanging outside. Still not making or finding my order. So at that point I decided to just leave which I never ever do. I felt it was called for though as the situation only seemed to be getting worse.

The manager in there today was extremely rude when talking to the other employees and was treating them like children and not adults in front of customers. The staff was extremely quick and very friendly to me but the woman manager who was wearing a lime green shirt was being VERY unnecessarily bitchy for no reason while I was waiting, very sad to see that she can’t talk to her staff with the littlest bit of respect. This is Dunkin, there is no reason to talk to people like that.

The line moves fast, and my order has always been correct but I hate how they don’t toast the bagel if you get a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. It makes the whole sandwich go cold really fast and dunkin bagels are just not good enough for that.

I never seen a good Dunkin like this before best i have ever had and i frequently visit different locations. Went to drive through like 2 a.m with hesitation but i had the best Dunkin coffee and also best Dunkin food. The lady got my order was so sweet and helpful i thought i was in a prank show for a while:) Seriously though give it a try. I hope the quality will stay the same at this location.

This is the second time in the last two weeks where my drink has been messed up. I order a hot chocolate. And I pull off and I check my drink and both times it’s been a coffee.
Food wise. I order the bacon and cheddar bites. Two straight days it’s been the veggie bites.
They are extremely nice here. But I shouldn’t have to worry if my food and drinks are prepared correctly everytime I come to this specific Dunkin’ Donuts.
So I would double check your orders when coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts

Very bad experience today not as usual from this branck .. i got hash browns was not fresh and taste ugly.. the cappuccino milk wasn’t in the fridge given me diarrhea and abdominal pain !!

they gave me a bagel without any cream cheese or butter. i ordered for a pickup so i could pick it up and go to work and it took 20 minutes and it still wasnt there so we had to leave without our order.

I couldn’t finish the Americano I ordered, whatever was put in it tasted terribly. I ate that much of my Boston Crème and still hadn’t gotten to the cream. Staff was nice though.

Love Dunkin’ my favorite place to go for coffee. A beautiful building with a great interior design to it. The staff is very friendly and doesn’t hesitate to answer questions you have. Will go again.
