*Edit I meant to edit this sooner, although I’m disappointed that I got the wrong pizza…it was still pretty fire. They actually drained their pineapple which made for a great Hawaiian pizza…I didn’t WANT a Hawaiian pizza but it was good.
Usually my go to Jets, but they either gave me the wrong pizza or messed it up so bad it’s not even close. I had Chicken, light bacon, with Cajun crust. A got to for me. They gave me what’s in the picture, ham pineapple and bacon. Otherwise the order was fine. But we went here because we haven’t been able to get a decent pizza or a correct order elsewhere and they usually nail it here. What’s a guy gotta do for a correct and decent pizza?

I ordered pizza here last night and think the location is great! Foods great, quick delivery, I have zero complaints about the actual restaurant. I want to talk about how TERRIBLE the website is though (which I understand is corporate).
Trying to shove AI ordering and text ordering down my throat by offering better discounts through those routes is soooo annoying. I DON’T NEED OR WANT AI TO ORDER A PIZZA. I’m at my computer, on the website. Applying a discount (5 bucks off a specialty pizza) doesn’t just auto apply to the pies you’ve already got pulled up, you have to re-select them, 1 at a time. It’s a small thing, but super annoying. THEN, when I go through the ordering process the way I initially intended to it switches out the tip for delivery 3 times on me. And I’m not trying to stiff the driver, I’m trying to give 6 bucks which to me, as a former pizza driver, is fine. But no, we’re going to switch it back to percentage based every opportunity possible. And in the end I get hosed with a 12 dollar tip, which is great for the driver, but pisses me off as the customer.
Now, I don’t even want to order from Jets, because of the stupid website. I mean, I probably will at some point, but this interaction will slightly nudge me away. Just wanted to vent. Like I said, pizza and location great, website terrible.
EDIT: Had to drop my rating to 3 star because AI OWNER responding to reviews is the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen.

Great pizza, Ordered 2 veggie slices, the guy told me ten minutes to wait but it was closer to 20-25 just for only 2 slices. Other then the wait time I don’t have complaints, food was great and portions were big.

Jets pizzas is my go to pizza. I worked In a small local pizza shop back in the 1960s. I made and delivered “Louies Pizza” . I compare all of my pizza purchases to my Louies days and Jets continues to meet my expectations.

After entering the Jets Pizza store I was greated with a very friendly, “May i help you”! I ordered the Bbq chicken pizza with extra bbq sauce. I waited a little over 10 minutes and my pizza was done. Before leaving, I opened the box and observed this awesome scene… “Photos attatched!” I informed the guy that the pizza looks great. I couldn’t wait to get home and sink my teeth into this wonderful looking pizza! The first bite tasted even better than my expectations. It was well cooked with lots of chicken, bacon, red onion, and even extra bbq sauce, as i requested. Needless to say this pizza didn’t last too long. I would recommend this Jets Pizza store and definitely will be back!!!
