I haven’t been to Popeyes in a couple of years because of my last experience I had wich was bad enough not to go there in 3years.But, But this time I had a great experience and I didn’t wait almost an hour like I did 3yrs agao… My order was ready in 5minutes and the crew was awesome. I go to the Popeyes off of Southwest Parkway and Texas. Usually I would wait a long time but the crew they have now are on it. Don’t get rid of the crew that’s there now because they are friend and fast not like the usual attitude and non friendly… These people who are working there now really wNts you tomhVe a great experience and. I did.

I never write reviews on here, but this one HAD to be made. After a long hard week of school, I came to popeyes in hopes to satisfy my cravings of delicious crispy louisiana chicken, yet i was very disappointed. the fries to start off with tasted like they were 30 years old. they tasted awful, yet i still had to force myself to eat them since i didn’t want them to go to waste. the chicken itself was raw and had such blend flavor. i ordered the new chicken and expected them to have flavor, but the workers were so lazy and ended up giving me normal “blend chicken dippers” with the sauce on the side expecting me to mix it up and basically do their own job. it feels like i spent my 20 dollars all on black and instead of winning, i came out with extreme diarrhea and sadness. i hate this place although it is only my first time trying it. the quality and taste shouldn’t even be served to the public from how bad it is. not even those who suffer from hunger should eat it.DO NOT COME HERE

Food was awesome. I can see this place is on and off with food but luckily I scored. Chicken was juicy, crispy. Everything was perfect, I didn’t even need sauce. Mac n Cheese had a tap water taste, but aside from that awesome place. Shout out guy with cookies hoodie working drive through.

I used to have this place at a one star, drive-thru would take 30 minutes, I felt like the employees hated me for existing, and the food was mid.
That was maybe 2 years ago, and things have done a complete 180, customer service seems great, the food is so much better, And the drive-thru is quick. I’ve been eating here a lot the past month on my break from work, haven’t been disappointed other than one thing.
The only issue that I am having, is that I can’t use certain online deals, because it is marked out of stock, but when I order everything without the deal, it’s magically in stock. Mainly referring to the 25% off three-piece tender box deal in the app. Please fix it.

Popeyes never disappoints. The chicken is always perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with bold seasoning that actually tastes like it was made with care. The sides are just as good, especially the mashed potatoes and biscuits. Fast service, great value, and consistently amazing food. Easily my go-to spot for fried chicken.

Fried pickles were soggy and inedible. Most of our food was mostly inedible, so greasy and seemed like it was leftover from the night before. We went around 10:30 am and none of the food was fresh. Messed up our order too. 0 stars and will never return, complete waste of money paying for garbage food.

I’ve ordered from here on two separate occasions and each time my online order was incorrect. I asked for spicy tenders and was given regular the first time and now i ordered again and the same thing happened I also asked for a sweet tea and was given a lemonade? I’m not the type to write bad reviews but come on I gave the benefit of the doubt and was still disappointed the second time. What’s the point in allowing customizations if the restaurant doesn’t honor them? I want what I paid for not what u think I might want.

I’ve eaten here a couple of times, and neither experience was good. The first time I ate here the biscuits “were in the oven” and they’d complete my order in just a few minutes. Never happened. Second time, the order was wrong and food was cold. I’ve eaten at other Popeye’s, in other towns, and the food was fine. I won’t be back to this one.

Staff and food was wonderful, but I was appalled to see that the staff weren’t allowed to bring their own food, couldn’t apply discounts on their meals, could only have one soda a shift, and couldn’t even order food to go for the end of their shift. I feel very gross knowing that the people who made my food were dealing with conditions like that. Just seems very wrong.
