I’d rate Palmer’s a 3.5. The sandwich was good, the soup was decent. The prices are a bit much. The service was indifferent…I didn’t feel particularly welcomed. I’d probably choose McAllister’s first. I’d probably come back here at some point…though I do think the hospitality needs improvement.

Food is okay for what it is. I got the marshal. The lettuce was questionable. The person making the sandwich was definitely taking his time. The cashier had no idea what sandwich I ordered or my wife ordered. I’m not sure if everyone is just new here or training is an issue.

Palmer’s deli is wonderful. I like their Reuben, which is offered with corned beef, pastrami, or turkey. They have tossed salads, and prepared salads, soups, and wonderful desserts. This visit, the service was a little slow, but it may have been because it was a holiday weekend.

Good deli. Was pretty busy at lunch hour, but service was quick. Restaurant was clean. Lots of sandwich options. Sandwich ingredients and bread were fresh and chili was good. Seemed like a good amount of salad and soup options as well.

The lady that takes the to go orders is so horribly rude, I order here at least once a week on Friday I called in my order and she was so rude I didn’t even want to order, when I went to pick up it’s like she told them to drench my salad in ranch it was so so disgusting, my salads are usually amazing but I won’t be back after Friday, maybe take a customer service class because wow how awful!

So many healthy options! Yummmmy! If you’re doing a low carb diet, they have several options for you. They have cheeseburger soup on Wednesdays that I love. The pastries are yummy! (Hence the occasional dieting). 🙂

Food is ok… the general manager however is beyond rude and should be fired. I witnessed her yell rudley to a another customer and was extremely disrespectful today. I will not go in there and suggest others take th business where they are treated respectfully. Smh. Very disappointed.

This is my favorite lunch spot, but it’s pricey for what you get, therefore, I go there only as a treat. If it was more reasonable, they could make more money because people would visit more often. Maybe that’s how the owner likes it, though. The photo I included is of a turkey sandwich for $9.73. That didn’t include a side, nor a drink. I always opt to not purchase one. I used my pickle (included in price) as a way for you to tell how small the sandwich is. It tasted great, though.
Hospitality is hit or miss. Depends on which employee is helping you. McAlisters is more friendly.
