We really enjoyed our pre-trip meal. As a picky eater I need to eat before flights. The chicken strips were definitely a great choice. The fries were perfect. They also have a lot of seating which was a plus.

Well, I love chicken, what can I say? And I usually choose sandwiches with chicken, preferably not crispy. I love a good, perfectly clean, flavorful chicken breast. I found that at this place. A delicious sandwich with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and a delicious sauce. The sweet potato fries were also very good, and the juice had a pretty natural flavor. Is it very expensive? Definitely. It is an establishment within an airport. But it’s a better option than those little boxes with four lettuce leaves and two grapes that you get at other kiosks for $10, which are a total rip-off. Customer service? Excellent customer service isn’t something I expect from a place like this. Just as I wouldn’t expect it from McDonald’s either.

What I liked: The food tasted amazing. A place to stop quickly to fill your stomach a bit before boarding the next flight. If I return to this airport, I’ll eat here again.

There was an airplane view table at the airport, so I ordered a Californian Burger with the intention of sitting comfortably and waiting, and I didn’t expect much from the taste, but it was simply delicious. Beef patty, fried egg, arugula, balsamic, and bacon were mixed in the right amount, so it was healthier and more delicious than the general cheese burgers I usually eat in the US. But the price is three times that of In-N-Out. However, the taste category is different. And when I put a paper straw in the coke zero it exploded… It was fine before I put it in.

Cold & soggy fries? no thanks. Pretty much inedible. I know it’s an airport location, but there’s no excuse. I won’t ever visit any Gott’s location.
Also, 80% of the tables were free, they weren’t busy at all, yet they seemed to have no time to clean the filthy tables the entire hour-plus that I was there. Manager needs to be replaced or demoted. Train your employees! They seem nice enough, but maybe not motivated. That’s what lousy management produces.

What you need to know!
Overall: ⭐️☆☆☆☆

Food: American (I guess?)

A disappointing visit and a place worth steering away from. The poke tuna tacos were pretty much a spoon of tuna bulked up with an unreasonably large volume of lettuce and a sliver of avocado. Fries were limp and unpleasant. The staff were totally indifferent.

What I liked:

• Ease of ordering through the kiosk

What I didn’t like:

• Over priced for what you get
• Horribly cold and limp chips/fries
• Zero customer service
• No utensils available

Do I recommend going? NO
Will I go again? NO
Was it good value? NO
Price Point: $$

I used to come here all the time when I worked at the airport, times for lunch, snack or even dinner. Most of the times there was a line that causes a wait but that does not affect me since I have high patience. The well trained and friendly staffs made my visit satisfying. And when you place your order they give you a buzzer so you can stroll around within the area. Everything was made fresh and made to order which is always a plus. I highly recommend this place to anyone flying out of the International A side. Definitely will be back!

Great place to find comfort food in the airport. Plenty of seats available when I visit (early in the morning)

This is a good spot to come eat and get drinks with a full bar in SFO while waiting for your plane. I got their Crispy Teriyaki Chicken sandwich which is tossed in house-made terriyaki sauce & served with romaine lettuce, pickled carrots & daikon radishes, jalapenos, cilantro, green onions, toasted sesame seeds & spicy mayo on a toasted egg bun. The ingredients tasted fresh it had great flavor and I got it with those garlic fries which was covered completely in garlic sauce. I got myself a cocktail at the bar and waited for my flight.

After United messed up on our flight (significantly) we had multiple food vouchers to use up for our night in SFO. We decided to come here since it had really good reviews and they did not disappoint. The burgers here were so good!! The patties were also very thick and had a nice char to it. I ordered the California Burger (no Egg) and my fiance ordered the Blue Ring (no Blue Cheese). The staff at the bar were so so patient and accommodating – they have to manually enter in the food voucher MasterCard information and we had multiple to get through.

Really good place for travelers . Good food and drinks and fast service. Decent pricing for airport compared to few other restaurants at the airport. I really liked Garlic Fries as they were appropriately seasoned and were not too heavy on garlic. Sandwiches were good too. Nice seating arrangement and variety at the bar.
