Truly the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever had in a hometown. If you show up before the pizza has been fully cooked they just take right out and give it to you. Three times now I’ve gotten home only to pull an uncooked pizza out of the box. And I mean UNCOOKED. Cheese not melted. Dough still gooey. All they have to do is say, “sir, please pull up for five minutes” but they will not do it. I won’t order it again. Sewanee market is better pizza anyway.

I walked in, but wasn’t sure what to do. In the past, all Pizza Huts I have visited had a “Wait to be seated” sign. There was no sign and the guy slinging dough behind the counter wasn’t very helpful in guiding me. I told him I would seat myself and he seemed ok with that. I sat down and a waitress walked by me a few times over a 10 minute period, but she didn’t speak or make eye contact. Maybe they expected me to order at the counter. I really have no idea what went wrong, but I left after 10-15 minutes. I was not in great humor and probably should have been more conversational to understand what the format actually was, as it’s probably been a few years since I walked into a Puzza Hut. I can’t slam the food and the store was new and nice (albeit with no salad bar, which I was hoping for). But service was bad and made worse by my awkwardness about what I was supposed to do. Live and learn!

Had just served a bus of students and coaches and understand there would be some chaos. So was going to be an hour to 90 minutes for the order… but as I waited I kept seeing the store really needs some love and attention to some cleaning details. None of the TVs worked for the football game that was on, watched another guest pound the lid of a parmesan shaker on a table next to his to get the cheese to come out, listening to the staff keep telling each other what they were out of, phone just ringing and no one to answer, drink station that really needed a good scrubbing , many items were not from the business they had just done but deferred cleaning or maintainance. Cancelled the order and wound up going up the street. So didn’t get to try the food. Waiting to see if the charge falls off..

We came in on our way back from a road trip, and it had been a while since we’d had Pizza Hut, so we went there. The server was giving disgusting looks to customers, being very judgmental, and gave us a hard time when seating us. We ordered our food, and the pizza was just okay—it could have been better. You know, it’s Pizza Hut, so this one was fine, but that server made it one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had to deal with. It’s disgusting to act that way toward customers. They should fire that server. I feel bad for the employees in the back who have to deal with a middle-aged lady who shows no respect. Never again.

With no dine-in’s left in our area, we visit this Pizza Hut from Chattanooga and it’s always great food and great service. Everyone is friendly and makes sure your food is prepared properly. The food is sooo much better than the ones in Chattanooga.

Ordered Two pizzas and cheese stick over an hour before i came to pick it up, proceeded to tell me in a very condescending voice that people are ahead of me and it’ll be another 15 minutes. i tried to avoid that by ordering ahead and yet still have to wait 15 minutes on top of terrible service. Very disappointed with the managers, the previous management would have never let that happen.

The food was amazing but the server was unfriendly took our order gave us drinks and that’s it. The little girl cooking brought our food to the table . The other lady our supposed server didn’t do anything check on us or bring the food even. As I was leaving she says oh did you get your food yet? Yeah no thanks to you . Food great cooks service top notch the server was horrible.

Addison does not want to do her job. I came in to carry out, but changed my mind and decided to dine in. While whom I assume was the manager was there she told me the dining area did not close until 9pm. After I paid (my reciept says 7:56pm) she told everyone after me the dining area was closed then preceded to treat my family like we were a bother, but she had time to continuously be on her phone and sit in the dining area and count her tips well before 9pm.
