There aren’t many excellent quality sub shops in the Milwaukee Metro area, but this one is World class. We’ve never gotten a bad sandwich at this location, and the employees go way out of there way to make a sub the way you prefer. We always get great vibes coming here and the quality/price ratio is unbelievable. We particularly love the evening shift. For us older people who never had sub shops that were anything to brag about, this is heaven.

Grill took my order and executed it perfectly. Coulda used more mushrooms but I get excessive LOL. I was partially worried when she didn’t write my order down but it was done in quality time. Front line was engaging with cold sub customer and overall it was a good trip.
Atmosphere lost a star for an apron on a stool. Could have been a quick bathroom break, but still not what I expect.

Always good subs here. Quick fast service every time i have come in. My most recent visit 3/4/22 there was a new male employee who was loud, obnoxious and unprofessional with his female counterparts on Miller Parkway

Worst Experience Ever – Unprofessional, Rude, and Disrespectful behavior from the manager
I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior at any restaurant as I did at this Jersey Mike’s. I went in to redeem a coupon that they gave me the previous week (buy one get one free) only to be told it wasn’t valid there. The manager was visibly angry and completely unfriendly from the start, treated me with zero respect. Instead of offering any reasonable explanation or apology, she rudely snatched the coupon and threw it in the trash can, she said its 100% UNREDEEMABLE now.
Her entire attitude screamed of someone on a power trip, with the manager acting more like a Bully than a Leader.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Between the rude, unfriendly staff, the manager’s terrible attitude, and the disgusting hygiene practices, (manager held trash can to show me she 100% threw my coupon with same gloves she handles food with) this Jersey Mike’s location is a a circus. If you care about how you’re treated and the cleanliness of your food, avoid this place at all costs.

Employees have no customer service. When waiting in line to order three employees having conversation about their personal life ignoring customers. When I ordered my meal for me and my partner they started judging my order. Had a very poor experience here. HORRIBLE customer service. VERY disappointing

Employees were so rude when placing order. Tapping pen on counter wouldn’t let me order my sandwiches as I wanted. Slamming stuff around. I’ve never seen or experienced such rudeness. Would not go back to this location.

Love the atmosphere and definitely the subs. The ladies are always upbeat and enjoy their job. The lady recommended the Club Supreme. It was awesome. Best part is they have REAL bacon. That is ladies!!!

Said everything was there. It wasn’t. They seemed annoyed I looked. Then had pull everything out to check them selves because I ordered and paid for $25 worth of food so obviously was just trying to steal chips. Then they didn’t know what chips were ordered. Wild.
