Paid at front for the buffet after waiting a few minutes. By the time we got our drinks and found one of the few open and clean tables, there was roughly 3 pizza slices left that nobody wanted. So I figured I would go through and get some salad, while waiting for more pizza. There was no egg or cheese to put on my salad, but I got some salad and ate it. No pizza still after another 10 or 15 minutes and there were quite a few people getting upset that there still wasn’t any pizza at the buffet. There were pizzas coming out of the oven, but none going to the buffet. I decided to ask the store manager what was going on, and see if anyone had an explanation. He didn’t seem to worried about the fact that there were a lot of people that were not provided the product they had paid for. I saw several people leave, and several ask for their money back. After another 5 or 10 minutes I went back to let the manager know there was no egg or cheese for salad. By this time the entire store was cleared except a group in the back and me and my Mom. They did promptly get some egg and cheese out, so I was able to eat some salad. Then the pizzas finally started to roll out after everyone was gone and I asked if they were going to make more desert pizza, and they said no. The employees seemed to be working hard, but overall this was a very bad experience and cannot recommend this establishment to anyone wanting to eat the Tuesday night buffet.

Worst place I’ve every had the pleasure of eating at. The salad was barely salad. I almost broke my tooth on an olive pit. The pizza was non existent and when it was there the choices were far and in between. I chose two pepperoni slices. I like salt but wow that pizza was so salty. The fact that it cost almost ten dollars with a water was embarrassing. I’m disappointed that I paid that much for it when the only thing good was the water……..now you want me to go to some other website to tell you how bad it was yet again. Umm no

First time trying Mazzios. This location is run down, out dated and not clean. If the main part of the restaurant is subpar it frightens me to see the kitchen. I ordered online, pretty simple. Arrived to pick up two men were chatting at the counter and just continued. I checked my order and was missing an item when I asked the employee said it’s not on my computer. At this point I was already finished. Pizza was okay, fried raviolis were well done, cheese sticks were okay. Now to the salad. If you wouldn’t eat it, don’t try to sell it. Wilted, water logged lettuce, literally water in the bottom of the bowl, no crunch left to the lettuce, the cheese was soggy, ends of peppers on the salad. I can look past a lot but majority of this visit was terrible.

Went for lunch on a saturday 11am. Got wings. Brother got pasta. It was good. Not many people in the place so service was good.

Most horrible experiences in the last 3 months what has happened to this location in Mustang Ok. Tried to make an order on line said 90 minutes for pickup called call center to complain and they tried to transfer me to location twice and they just picked up the phone and set it back down twice when the call center called them they answered and said they were extremely busy as to the 90 minutes. the call center got them to 30 minutes when I got off from the call center headed the 2 miles to location and guess what? one employee car and not another car in the parking lot. I was really wanting pizza so fought to get one and should have known better with all the red flags. this is not a $17.00 pizza and was not fit to eat. Really seemed like they did something to it crust seemed water logged and as a 30 year customer has never seen a pizza like this one in photo. I asked the person at the window the managers name and she asked why I proceeded to tell here the experience that I went through just to get a pizza and she tried to blame it on the call center. well it wasn’t their fault cause I just called them to complain and she said oh but didn’t bother looking around the corner and tell the manager that we have a customer that has gone through hell to get a pizza.

We have eaten at this restaurant many times over the last four years. Since the change of staff the place has gone to pot. The restaurant is dirty, the buffet is never completely stocked and the staff are not friendly. They’re too busy standing around and chatting with each other rather than taking care of customers.
Today we went in to use our coupon of buy one lunch buffet and one drink and the second buffet is free. We were told the price was over $15.00. Now, like we said before, we have eaten there many times. The total price is $10.75 (including senior discount). When I questioned why it was $15.00 I was told that that was the correct price. The clerk asked the manager to come over and the manager barely glanced at it and said that the $15.00 was correct.
We left and went to another Mazzio’s and we were charged the correct price of $10.75. In addition, the second Mazzio’s was extremely clean, staff was extremely friendly and the selection of food was fantastic.
We won’t be back.

Just order a pizza from this place. it was the worse pizza i have had in my entire life. Deliver was fast, however, the pizza was like a frozen pizza. cold hard no flavor. Never again. Do not order from here.

Pizza was good but the buffet could have been restocked faster. There was a lot of similar types of pizza on there at the time we went, but that could have just been some of the requests that people put in at that time. Salad bar was pretty good as well. The staff was super friendly and that’s always the best part.

The photo is an example of what this establishment calls a boneless buffalo wing. The photo is deceptive because of the background, but it was not larger than 1×1 inch…. Seriously?
The sauce on these wings smelled and tasted like dumpster juice. I also had the lemon pepper wings, which were not bad, but they were smaller than what you would normally consider a chicken nugget. Mazzio’s being stingy, at best.
The fries have great seasoning but that is easy to overlook because they were extremely soggy.
Over all, this was extremely disappointing and I probably will not go back for wings.

It’s just nasty in the buffet. Not good pizza just go through the drive way it’s more fresh
