Went tonight drive thur ordered food. The lady on speaker and at window was sweet. The food on otherhand was cold. Bean burrito lacked a lot hardly any beans full of onions even with it being rung up with no onions like I asked hardly any red sauce after saying extra red sauce extra sour cream very disappointing. The grilled steak burrito was made correctly but it was cold too.

Now I will say the Taco bell on Alabama st. Is the best one I go to the people there are so nice and the food there is good and hot. But the one on 45 I hate to go to the order’s are 98% always wrong and the food is warm at the most but a few managers and employees are super RUDE and make me never want to go back over there. If you want good food and service GO TO THE ONE ON ALABAMA STREET

This taco bell is decent with food for the price, but the service always varies. One day you could get great service and the employees give you exactly what you want, and then the next day you could get two items from your order missing and the cashier is very rude. It’s really a toss up because you could have a great experience or you could catch one of the employees on a bad day. Don’t go to this taco bell if you don’t have a forgiving personality.
