Called my order in on Halloween for the online special. They are a participating restaurant as I had ordered it earlier in the month and it is good through the 31st as the coupon states. Girl put me on hold, came back and said we stopped doing that yesterday and we can’t make a profit selling large 2 topping pizza at $19.99. Instead of 40 bucks your order will be 70. At this point I had people that would be waiting for me with the pizza so I took the hit and went there. Went there at 5:45 as requested for my pizza and there was literally 20 people in line waiting to order/pay with only one young girl at the counter taking money, orders, getting pitchers etc for everyone. People had to wait out the back door there was not enough room for them. Needless to say it took an extra 45 minutes to get my food and by the time I got home to all the kids the pizza was Luke warm and sucked. If you don’t want to participate in corporate promotions you don’t have to, but if you do, you don’t get to pick and choose when you start and stop your promotion without written warning. Your pizza is typically good but I refuse to patronize a store with ownership/ management that would do this. Also, it’s Halloween for Gods sake. Employee up to take care of the orders. You aren’t new. You know this. And don’t feed me a typical standard response that someone called in sick and blah blah blah. Don’t care

What an amazing place. Highly recommended. The pizza it is very good, it had a lot of toppings. A lot of parking. Place is huge, a lot of tv all around. Food is very very good, pizza was delicious. In the other hand, salad is average. Can’t recommend the salad.

Games were a rip off for the kids, service staff plays favorites with customers, and cant keep a reservation if it means kicking out another party that is hours past its own time slot. Probably friends with management to be so obtrusive and not be asked to pack up tbh.

I hosted a party for my son’s 6th birthday here, and it was great! All of the staff were helpful and friendly. I called to reserve a table ahead and when I arrived the staff offered to help me set things up. The games are kid-appropriate, enough to have fun but not overwhelming. There is even a prize counter to redeem tickets. And pizza was yummy! I will definitely come back. Great customer experience
