Arrived in dine-in line at 11:35, received food at 12:15, no lie. There were 8 people in front of us when we arrived and no drive thru traffic. This place is a joke, customer atmosphere is poor and frustrated, seems to be no management present. Orders continuously incorrect. Just all around avoid this place if possible!

So much slower now waiting with one order taking at a time. Then next car pulls up always one moment please, for another 5 minutes.which is polite but get the order and have it being made and take the next order.just slow down drastically between orders, line is empty all at the windows, and full out to the road. Blocks traffic and half of them dont even get through anymore. I get understaffed sometimes but need to take a different approach…

Couldn’t even order fries without being talked over, only got two piece spicy nugget, they came out non spicy, we went back they gave us the spicy ones instead. had to go back again because they tasted absolutely terrible, got new ones and they tasted slightly less terrible. Threw them all away.Will never go back again due to previous bad experience as well.

oh I usually have NOTHING to say about fast food workers but don’t eat here. I’m surprised that the employees here passed the 3rd grade. food is just BAD, go to van wert if you want Wendy’s the drive is worth it. Didn’t give us our chili, which was to make up for the fries we paid for, but they ran out of?

Went to Wendy’s and ordered a daves double no onion . When they handed it to me no napkins had to ask for napkins then as im pulling out took a.bite of my sandwich and was absolutely raw and bloody….so disgusted with the quality of food at this location isn’t the 1st time they messed up my food or over salted the fries to the point they aren’t worth eating…wont be going back.

While our server was nice to us about our order being wrong and was accommodating to us, the food at this specific location is honestly bad. I usually avoid it but I wanted to give it another chance, my partner warned me, she was right. Avoid this Wendy’s location at all cost.

Honestly baffled this place is still in business. Seems they’ve been limping along for years. Every time I go it’s like I’m the first customer they’ve ever had and the whole place is chaos. Ceiling was leaking, table was sticky, there was an old French fry on my seat.

Rude employee, out of fries didn’t inform us just stuck seasoned potatoes in the bag, then get home and apparently they’re out of cheese slices because they put shredded cheese on our sandwiches.

This place needs some serious help, proper management, and some good training. Told myself I’d never go back after a couple of previous experiences, but with the turnover rate, I figured I’d try again. No bueno. I had to repeat my order several times, and then it was aggressively handed to me by someone resembling a manager, who never uttered a word. They slammed the door before I had a chance to ask for straws. I tried to flag several employees, and they all looked away. Resorted to just going inside. Honestly surprised the door was unlocked with their track record of never having the dining room open.

Notorious for getting out order wrong and/or shorting order..Failed to give us our chili today and after 20m drive home realized( didnt check bag) so i google their phone # and it does not work..Didnt feel like driving back(7deg out) So i guess ill stop in when back in area..Also food quality not that great lol
