I ordered a pizza and french fries for delivery from their website at 5:30 on a Friday night. On their website, they have a button for a delivery option, and I clicked on it. After ordering, I got a text that I’d receive my food between 6:17 and 6:27. At 6:55…I called them, because they’re 3 minutes away. I know it’s a Friday night, but and hour and a half, with no updates, is ridiculous. I called and got an automated message that I’d be placed on hold…then music played for about 10 seconds, and then it hung up on me. That happen 7 more times. Then I called and someone answered and said hello…I said hi, I’m calling about my delivery order. They spoke to someone in the background, and then hung up on me. I called a dozen more times and got the automated message with the random hangups. Then a girl answered. I asked about my delivery, and she put me on hold for over 5 minutes. When she came back, she said the delivery driver left with it 15 minutes ago, and we’re now at 7:10….for a 5:30 order. She wasn’t helpful and we hung up. 10 minutes later, a driver pulls up and hands me our food. I open it up and everything is ice cold. Like…it was ridiculous…it was awful. I called them back and go through 4 of the hangup sessions. Then I finally talk months same girl, who says she’ll go get the manager. He answers and I tell him what were dealing with. The dude cuts me off to say, “You need to take it up with Grubhub. They handle the delivery and we have nothing to do with that.”
I’m like, “What??? What the hell does does Grubhub have to do with this.”
He tells me they don’t do delivery. It’s handled by grubhub, and they’re responsible for the delay. Then he tells me that I chose to use grubhub, so I need to take it up with them.
I responded with, “I didn’t choose to use grubhub. I selected the delivery option from YOUR website. YOU chose to use grubhub.” He just brushed me off and refused any accountability. I told him I’d leave a review and he doubled down…absolutely did not care.
He was the manager and was SO dismissive…and condescending. It was awful. I’m typically super forgiving of service people…but this business is awful. They treat customers, who pay their mortgages, like crap.
We reheated their food in our oven. To be honest…the pizza sauce is sour, and everything is mediocre. Avoid this place. Don’t support mediocre businesses who treat customers like trash.

Great pizza and amazing staff. Everyone was so attentive, helpful, and thoughtful. We brought our young kids and it was a fun chill lunch. I love the giant money tree, that’s apparently been there for over 30yrs. We will definitely bring our little ones back for a slice when we’re just out and about. Thanks guys!

Forgive the pictures. The pizza was so good we couldn’t wait for pre meal photos!! We have been Fortunato customers since 2004. The pizza is delicious. Dough is made daily and you can taste the difference! No frozen pre-made stuff here. Only the finest quality mozzarella cheese coupled with fresh homemade sauce that is not yucky sweet or too acidic. Fortunato never cuts quality ingredients when prices go up. I must say in the 20 years that is true! Same great taste always. YUM!!!
Pizza dough is cooked to perfection- crisp and brown on bottom, not burned! Staff is great. Wait time is spot on. Craving great pizza?? Call Fortunato! They have been a local favorite for 30 years!!

Best pizza place in Harford County!!! If you go elsewhere, you’ll be disappointed. Try their white pizza, it’s excellent!! Please check them out!!! This is the one located in Belair. Do not go to any other location bc it is not the same! Thanks for a wonderful dinner.

Fortunato Brothers was really good! We tried a thin and a thick crust, both were good. The thick crust was really thick and I feel they made the dough taste really good so it wasn’t just a plain bread. The cheese was thick but super tasty. Just enough sauce. The pepperonis weren’t super spicy, though I wouldn’t have minded it. I will note that reheating the thick crust pizza turns out really well if you do it in a toaster oven.

We have been coming to this restaurant for almost 20 years today I ordered 2 cheesesteaks Fried mushrooms and French fries I understand times are a little difficult but for $42 I would expect a much better product then what we got The 2 cheesesteaks we got had no cheese not to mention hardly any steak , Burnt fried mushrooms Old soggy French fries I would hope management would have a talk with the Shift workers about quality control And detail to the order they receive

Absolutely amazing food. Have never been here before, stopped by because my normal spot was closed. Well, I now have a new normal spot. Quality ingredients and carefully prepared. Reminds me of how food used to be and still should be done. And even with the quality, food was brought to the table super quick.
