our pho was delicious!! super flavorful broth and perfect for cold weather. everything came out within about 5 minutes of ordering, which was a huge plus. we also ordered the combo pad thai which was really tasty and savory. the pork & shrimp egg rolls were interesting because they didn’t have any veggies, which i’ve never seen at other pho spots, but they were super crispy and fried perfectly. the sweet and sour sauce tied it all together!

Food is delicious except the noddle to broth ratio doesn’t match, there’s so much broth left over. The hibachi was delicious, but charged extra for a fried egg that was already included and extra for teriyaki sauce when the chicken was supposed to be teriyaki. There was barely any teriyaki on the chicken. Both the waiter and waitress had attitudes and the waiter rolled his eyes as us. When I asked for my broth to be separate from my noddles, the waiter said he had to go get the manager. The waiter also got an attitude when we asked no peas or carrots in the hibachi. I was given the small amount of pho noddles for a large pho bowl. The customer service was horrible. Lastly, the waitress lied and said there was a 18% gratuity up charge for parties 5 or more. When asked to see where that rule was stated on the menu, the waiter said the restaurant had to print new menus. Once we got the receipt there was no 18% gratuity, we were only charged for our food. The waiter wrote the 18% gratuity on a sticky note. Therefore the 18% gratuity for 5 or more is a LIE. Both waiter and waitress gave racist vibes. Will not return to eat at this establishment again.

My new favorite spot for some delicious, well seasoned pho. Had an order of beef meatball pho and it was amazing. Also tried some of their udon lo mein and it was also very good. Love the crab rangoons as well! I’ll definitely be back to try some more food

Do not look for services here. The server is handling 15 tables alone. It might be good from the server’s perspective, but the service is too poor. The price is high, and the condition of the food is not proportional to the price. The broth was good, but the special cuts like meat smelled too bad.

This was a really great spot. We ordered about five items, two pho bowls, bahn mi sandwich, summer rolls, and pork fried spring rolls, really good. It’s also super clean in here and the atmosphere is great.

The bun bo hue was good. Good portion size, just the right amount of spice to it especially on a cold day. Ordered a pork banh mi to go and it wasn’t that good at all. The pork was way too chewy. Had too much fat on the meat. If I were to ever come back here I’d stay away from the banh mi’s

The restaurant was very busy. Only thing I can say that the staff and management needs to work onneeds to work on is when customers walk through the door they need to be acknowledged. In all fairness, some were right away, and some stood there for 3 to 5 minutes before they were even noticed or spoken to. After we were seated, it took a while before a server approached our table and asked if we’re ready to order. It was a very nice server, but she seemed in a hurry and rushed. Again the place was very busy and it seemed that they were short staff in my opinion. We will go back again but I hope for a much better experience. The food was authentic and delicious. They close at 9:00 P.M. every night which I’m not happy about. They are closed on Monday The staff was very friendly but was overwhelmed with call ins to go orders and door dash orders. I think they should have e the appropriate amount of staff to accommodate the guests. This restaurant is very large inside.

Order Bun Bo Hue my favorite food at Vietnamese restaurant and really disappointed. The pork roll and the beef had the taste of old and very bad. When I step in, nobody showed me where to sit although they are around, until I asked and a woman come to ask “how many? Over there”
When I stop eating and still sat to wait my friend, a man came and asked me to pay. I paid and skipped the tip because I don’t like this place at all. The man reminded me 2 times that I skipped the tip until I answer “I skipped it”. It’s so rude. I never recommended my friends to come here.
