Easy to find near the library with more than enough parking nearby. Ordered online so headed inside. My order wasn’t in a pickup cube so I stepped over to the pickup area at the counter. Unfortunately, like many other Wendy’s it took several minutes for a staff member to acknowledge my presence and pass me the bag that was already prepared but sitting on a back counter. I requested new fries, which they provided since the ones in the bag were barely warm. The rest of the order was warm but made made properly so we ate in.

First off let me say this was the worst experience of my life. I ordered a grilled chicken ceaser salad and a small fry. When I received my order it was horrendous. The chicken in my salad was rock hard and tasted horrible. I barely had any lettuce in my salad and it was all wet and wilted. Now don’t even get me started about those French fries. First I ordered a small and only half the container was filled. They were so hard and oily you could taste they went fresh. This was the worst fast food experience I have ever had in my entire life I don’t recommend you should definitely stay far away from this store!!

When certain managers aren’t there and it’s mostly a young crew working, the food is crap. One time we ordered a baconator and literally had 2 jr bacon cheeseburger patties on it instead of the normal sized patties. Tonight, both junior bacon cheeseburgers I ordered were dry and hard and cold! It was very unpleasant. I rarely get hot fresh food from this location and it’s clear that most of them just don’t care. When even your cheese on the burger is cold and not melted, that’s a problem. The fries are also never fresh. The whole team needs a revamp. This Wendy’s used to never be this disappointing. I try and try to continue to give them chances and continue to be dissatisfied, so we’ll be going to different locations until this one gets right. Oh and BRING BACK SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE!!!!!
Edit to add: I’ve waited a while for my food the last few times I’ve gone and when I get home, the only thing hot was the chili. This is the exact same night crew that works each time there is a wait and the food is cold! What was I waiting for?????

12:20 Monday 11/3, black girl behind the counter was nice and smiled at the black female doordash driver ahead of us, and we, a white couple approached the counter, she got a frown on her face. She didn’t ask us for a sauce for the nuggets, and the only words she said to us was when I asked for cups for the ketchup..”we’re out”. The area for the salt and pepper was a mess, and the lids for the sodas low but she had time for her phone.

Great and nothing is wrong about this place, but some of the messed up managers they have here. Candace is the best manager that works here, and she’s really for all of their customers.
Samantha is the worst manager here, she hates here customers always puts out cold for the customers, and also talks bad about the customers. It’s honestly surprising why she still has a job at this establishment. She also constantly messes up all the orders, and gives the customer a hard time about remaking the order.
This wasn’t just said from any particular employee but some, I’m not gonna mention any names tho. The customers know, who the bad Managers are also.
Whoever owns this restaurant definitely needs to evaluate their managers better. Employees constantly do leave this place and transfer.
When people like Karon, Faith leave this place to go to another Wendys. That’s how bad this overall establishment is, at one point in time tho it used to be a wonderful place.
Still is at times just depends on who works there.

The food comes out hot so that’s nice, considering most fast food comes out warm at the best. The reason I am giving this Wendy’s branch three stars is because of the customer service. As a business owner I understand that the employees and the quality of service they offer are the face of the company. The customer service was less than average. Something is usually wrong with the order ie: pickles/mustard on the burger when it was specifically ordered to not have either. I mean how long does it take to assemble a new patty with cheese and lettuce on a bun without mustard? About five seconds.
Thank the Good Lord my son who ordered the burger isn’t allergic to mustard seed! In my case, it was an issue of distaste, but the employees who work in the food service industry need to believe how important of a job they have. Millions upon millions of people on the go eat fast food daily, and millions of those customers have specific food allergies and request these foods to not be included in their order. They don’t order special items because they are picky, they order what they do to avoid having to use their epinephrine pen or an emergency trip in the hospital.
Please keep this in mind when ya’ll are preparing folks food please.

Need to talk to head quarters bc im a dasher that delivers people’s food and they have a attitude with me every time I get there and they walk pass me at the counter and act like they don’t see me! Stopped on a hot day for lunch and cool air to do some work on my laptop. Barely anyone there. Food was served quick (a salad and a cup). However, could not find a clean table to sit down at. Had to wipe a table down to eat. Staff stayed behind counter, joking and playing on their phones, while at least 2/3 of the tables were filthy, the drink & napkin tables were filthy, and the floor was full of debris. They were all very nice, but most of the time I was there (over a hour) there was max 5 people sitting in the dining area. Nice doesn’t trump clean, won’t be back.
