I’m lucky that such an amazing sandwich is about 3/4 of a mile from my front door. You’re also lucky if it’s within 20 miles from yours because I’d put this up against any sandwich shop in Lake County. Everything was extremely fresh and the serving size was exactly what you want from a sandwich shop! My wife actually had to remove meat from hers to fit her mouth around it! (The jokes write themselves!) The staff and owner were also extremely friendly! Great job guys!

The sandwich creations at Ellie’s Deli are terrific. There is a great balance between meat, cheeses, veggies and condiments. Hot or cold sandwiches you can’t go wrong. The bread is fresh and the right texture. Counter service is prompt and very friendly.

SO GOOD, best sandwich I’ve had in awhile! People were super nice and had a great selection of sandwiches. My boyfriend got an Italian beef and was super happy with it ! Will definitely be coming back. They do a great job of keeping it fresh so it might take a little longer in contrast to other places that don’t make their bread or bacon fresh. So worth it !

I am floored as to how good the sandwiches are here. 1st time here and I really think this is the best place to get a sandwich. Plenty of food as ingredients are piled high and everything is so fresh. The staff is super friendly and was very helpful with some questions I had. Amazing deli shop!! We came across this gem by chance anf it did not dissapoint. The quality and freshness of the ingredients surpasses any sandwhich shop Ive ever been to. I had the california club wrap and my partner had the Italian it was the best Italian sandwhich Ive ever had!!! The Sidewinder fries are a must have as well. Would drive and hour again to have the bedt sandwhiches

We’ve tried it a few times—dine in and take out, and each time it’s incredible.
I went with someone who has Celiac, and the chef was amazing about making sure that everything was separately wrapped and marked. Super super friendly and kind.

First time here today and I had the BEST sandwich! I did a build your own with gold oven turkey, Swiss, lettuce , tomato, and the best part, their spicy mayo. The young gal at the counter was super sweet and food came out quick. The amount they give is insane!!! Could’ve been shared honestly but it was that good I ate it all my self. I will definitely be going back 🙂 thank you Ellie’s for making my lunch a 10/10

Excellent food, Really kind and attentive staff, and a fun place to sit down & eat at. I didn’t see any shellfish, so it’s an extra bonus for me! It’s so hard to find a not fast food place to dine at when you have a severe shellfish allergy so places like this are GREATLY appreciated. The meats were stacked high, food temperature was great, and the sidewinder fries were delicious!
